One of my best friends (Lizzie) has been totally ditching me for this other chick (Amanda).. And it's starting to worry me, because Amanda is kind of bossy, and a bit of a whore.. Lizzie has always had self esteem issues and stuff, and i think Amanda is gonna end up hurting Lizzie.. And I'm also kind of hurt because Lizzie won't talk to me (Amanda and I hate eachother), and I really miss being friends. Any thoughts on what I should do?

Talk to lizzie, tell her that you feel like amanda and her are always leaving you out and that you miss been around her. Dont mention anything about amanda been a whore because lizzie will just think your jelious.

i got my period for the first time about 1 year, and 8 months ago. I haven't had it very many times since. i get it like every 2 or 3 months? i heard that body weight has something to do with it and some sites tell me that im "emaciated" and stuff like that, but i eat, have a fast matabolism, and im active. do you think this is why my period is irregular? ps im like 5'6 and 105, i think. thankss

Lots of girls periods are irregular its prefectly normal. Its just the way you are, If you feel its a big problem go see the doctor.

I put cinnamon hearts in my purse, to have during the day in place of a mint [I wanted to try something different]. From eating them, I got a terrible taste in my mouth, and when I looked at my tongue it was red from the dye. Well, out of curiousity I scraped my tongue with my nail, and this.. like residue came off, red because of the dye I guess and it smelled horrible. I'm definitely not going to eat them anymore, but why do you think this was happening?

The sweets/candy what ever you call it over there can have leave stains on your tongue
because its warn away, Cut down on the sweet/candy. Also if you want better breath try chewing gum or the strips you put on your tongue and they disolve there small and you can fit them in your purse.

Is it true that you can loose calories by chewing gum? I heard it today, and it makes sense because you are chewing and not eating, and I've heard that it can help you loose weight while cooking so you don't eat, so what's the deal?

You lose calories buy doing anything really. But people say its true that you do lose weight if its sugar free chewing gum, if not then your putting a little extra on. Until your body gets rid of it.

i belive in no religion and i think i need a purpose in lif. does anyone know a good place for me to find about every religion since there is so many out there.

Why not go to a church on sundays and then you'll be able to learn everything you need to no. Because the talk about jesus, why not try ordering or buying a bible, And you can just skim through it so you get the gist of god and way catholics do stuff.

hi! My friend has been absent from school for 3 months and has been in the hospital, most likely with cancer. I really want to visit her and cheer her up...the problem is that I don't know what to say or what to get her as a get-well present. By the way, she isn't coming back to school...she's homeschooled.

Just be you. Dont go all soft on her just make her laugh because after what shes been through she will need you to be there to support her. Get her a get well card and a small present, Like a teddy holding a heart saying friends.

Since last night I have had a pain in my chest. It hurts just as and after I swallow, and whenever I take deep breaths. Sometimes I just feel the pain when I change posture or even move. It feels as though there is something there. The pain comes from right in the centre of my chest.
Does anybody have any idea what this could be?
If it helps I'm 14 and female!

Ive been like that for a few nights, I had muscular pains above my chest i couldnt laugh or couf because it hurt so much. You could also have asmah I have that. Go see a woman doctor and get it sorted.

somehow, a friend of mine found out that my best friend and i and two other guys were going somewhere next week and she invited herself to the double date and already told her date. i cant just not invite her because she is a good friend of mine nad i don't want to be mean, but i want it just to be the four of us. what do i do? what do i tell her?

There isnt any other way to make her not come you have to tell her. When your talking to her tell her that shes your friend but you wanted it to be just the four of you and that you dont want to hurt her feelings but thats how you lot arranged it.

Im too scared to use a tampon im in my 1st full year of my period and ive been using pads how safe are tampons i read in my bliss magazine that a tampon made this 18 yr old girl slip into a coma for 2 weeks what if that happens to me!! Do they hurt? After you used one are you classed as a non-virgin? Do they tickle? What are they like?

It hurt when i tryed! But you have to read the unstructions, Just relax and you will be fine, if you feel more comfortable wearing pads just keep to them. Your still classed as a virgin. Tickle nope not at all. Mine didnt work for me at all and it was so uncomfortable.

Us straighteners! That will help out with your hair. You can have it chemically straightened but it last up to 2 mouths or so people say but it will cost a bit.

Always eat break fast because some time our concentration seem to faid. Have a good break fast avoid talking to anyone and just take a deep breath. Lean on your ear! that way its harder to hear what people say.

Ever Since I started exerscising (about once a day for half an hour) I get really bad stomach aches in the afternoon. But only in the afternoon. I dont know why and this didnt happen before that.

When you sometimes eat that can give you side pains. Dont eat a good hour before you exercise.

this is a really embarassing question, but why do i notice little hairs around my breasts? i have read that i shouldn't worry, which i am not, but i would like to know why that is there. also is there any way that isn't harmful to my body to remove it...i don't like how it looks. THANK YOU!

Some teenage girls have little hairs, Dont do anything because your breast are really sensative, and shaving or waxing a few little hairs would be right good. Just leave i only you see them.
