Tell him. Talk to him. He can't know how you feel until you tell him. The scouts part is a bit hard, but there's the option of looking into joining him in some of his activities if any of them appealed to you, too. But the important part is to talk to him.

My friend who is a guy (tom) told me that my boyfriend (jon) had been in touch with one of jon's ex's. He said they'd been sending each other dirty texts and that jon had said if his ex didn't live so far away he'd break up with me and go out with her. I asked jon about it but he said Tom was lying. The motives for lying to you could be many things - there is no way to really know, though. He could think that by breaking you two up, that he could move in and have you for himself. He could also just be jealous. Or he could just be a jerk. Being that I don't actually know any of you, it is hard to guess... but those are my thoughts.
My advice? The next time this guy starts into his "break you up" routine, call him on it - make him well aware that you don't appreciate his dirt digging and that you perceive his comments to be deceptions. Let him know it is unwanted, and unless he can offer some verifiable reason why you should believe his crap, then he needs to shut up. Inform him that for a friend, he's not being a very good one.

Perhaps he should not worry about it, and try dating them only casually. He should keep in mind, though, that the 4 year gap between himself and the 15 year old is large, and could cause legal problems should not-very-smart-things happen.

Just wanted to let you know what the problem was with my car. It was my muffler. A hanger or something wasn't on tight enough and was ratteling, and at certain speeds would vibrate on the pipe. Thanks for your help. -Jbdreamer (link)

Yes, you can be around the cat.
The harm comes from Toxoplanmosis, which comes from the poop of an infected animal: http://www.vetinfo.com/ctoxo.html which is why you should stay away from the litter box and all dust that comes from handling the used litter.
If you read, it is basically not an issue for indoor cats - but any cat that hunts outdoors is at risk.
Likewise, wash your hands after handling your cat.

In all honesty, this has been the poison pill in many relationships... I've seen people try to make it work, but when neither side yields anything, you are doomed. I've seen break-ups, divorce, etc... all based on the exact situation you just listed.
Either you need to find a way to let go and move away, he needs to let go of Philly, or you both need to compromise and live in the middle somewhere - or you end it now, because neither of you will be happy until that happens.

Well, I will go so far as to guess that you most likely are able to live without him, as you lived without him before you met.
Also, love is a fleeting and ever changing thing. And it sounds like you're in the middle of one of those changes. While in the moment it seems like a huge deal, it really isn't. This is why having committed relationships at your age isn't the best idea, because your heart and mind are changing so quickly. The odds that you'll live forever with your current boyfriend are essentially slim to none. If you feel that you're being tugged towards someone else, you should at least explore the option while being honest with yourself and the guy you are currently with.

You're only 13. Think about that. You should not need to go any further than kissing. You call yourself in love, but you have so much to learn about love yet. You are in the most turbulent years of your life, and you will constantly find out the things you thought you knew for sure were all wrong. Don't make a stupid mistake because you have convinced yourself of something, only to realize after the fact that you were wrong.
EDIT: I'll be blunt - mysticpixiewhatever's advice is total shit.
All you did was to list the PHYSICAL and SEXUAL aspects of a bad relationship.
There is a hell of a lot more to it than that. To do any of those further things, it requires a connection, both mental, emotional, and spiritual. It encompasses a level of trust and understanding. And in all honesty, most never achieve those things and sit stunned when their fleeting relationships fall apart and they feel like they've been taken advanatage of or done something they've regretted.
People need to think with their heads, not with what's in their pants.

We choose based on tenure, quality of advice given, and an element of character. Scripts built into the system assist in this process. It is also an evolving process.
Level 2 mods have a lot of power at their disposal... this is not something we can take lightly.

The guy you know is over-generallizing.
Girls and guys are equally confusing, since no two people are exatly alike. We all have our quirks.
I know some men who are moodier, more "unpredictable" than women. Are they also on PMS?
If anyone flips out on me, no matter what the cause, and has the maturity to apologize for it, then I'm fine with that. It's the ones who DON'T apologize, or use something like PMS as an excuse or a crutch, that I have difficulty with.

Personally, I have done and still do the following:
Analytical testing.
Characterization work to decribe/define behaviors of a substance or drug.
Formulation development of new drug products.
Process development to make those forumulations.
Consult with others on new testing techniques.
Investigate various formulation / product behavior issues.
Identify unknown chemical compounds.
Reverse engineer competitor products to see what they are made of.
sometimes, yes, it can be a bit tedious, but for the most part, it really is fun, or I wouldn't be doing it anymore.
