well.. i Really REALLY like this guy, and he is a year older. Whenever I see him in the hallway, he makes sure I give him a big hug, and I love it!He is soo sweet to me, and I think he likes me a lot. Well, last night at a dance..he was all over my old friend. Well, I think you should definitely talk to him and see what's up. I think it's weird how he was like all into you one day then your friend. Maybe he's mad at you or something? If you talk to him and he tells you he likes you or whatever, mention that one incident. Don't give up on him if you like him that much. I tore a ligament in my knee ... the medial patela to be exact. Does anyone have any info on this.Like, wll i need crutches ... or surgery? What exactly is this ligament, and how long will it take to recovery. Any help is appreciated ... thanks
You may need crutches depending on how bad you tore it. Same with surgery. A ligament is what holds your bones in your knees together so you can bend your knee. It can take months to heal and you might even have to go to therapy.

In the mornings, I only eat a bowl of cereal and milk. I need more protein in my first meal of the day, but I don't know any quick protein rich things that are easy to whip up when I'm still half asleep. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
They say that you should eat your meals backwards. You should eat dinner servings in the morning and like cereal at night. It gives you more energy and you burn more calories.
