whats wrong ? I`m on my period. I was just in the shower and I saw all the blood coming out. Now I feel really dizzy, my neck hurts badly, and I feel like I`m going to pass out. I have a major cramp and I also feel like I`m going to throw up. We don't have any Midol and I`m home alone so my mom can`t get me any. What should I Do?

take ibuprofen and lay down and relax for a while. watch TV and try to fall aslepp. feel better ]
See if there is any other kind of pain reliever around. When I was younger that used to happen to me. I was even taken to the hospital because I was passing out and throwing up bile. My mom eventually took me to a gynocologist and I was put on birth control to help regulate my period. So if happens to you alot, talk to your mom and maybe you should go see a doctor. ]
lay down. and rest your legs on something so they are higer than your heart. drink water. use a heat pad && tylonol [sp] <33 ]
i would recomend just laying down for a little bit and trying to sleep or maybe take a warm bath. tylonol helps with the cramps a little bit to. just dont drink pop. it makes cramps worse ]
Obviously I wasn't there to witness this amount of blood loss, but your experience seems far from unusual. As for your symptoms, it might just be some effects of your cycle, just common woman troubles. Or, I suppose the possibility exists that seeing this dramatic blood bath made you a bit queasy.
You have many options here: it's well known that regular physical activity helps reduce the cramping in some women, so there's an idea. However, if you're feeling dizzy, it might be best if you just relax for a while. Taking that into consideration, how about taking a nice warm bath; perhaps add a little aromatherapy? Also, applying a heating pad on your lower abdomen or back should do wonders. If you don't have a heating pad, you can make one by simply filling a sock with rice and heating it in the microwave for a few minutes [must sound silly, but if the cramps get bad enough, it just might be worth it]. Many women start taking pills around the clock from the time their cycle starts, until it ends. Any pain killer will do, but I reccommend Ibuprofen, or Extra Strength Advil. While we're discussing medication, it's always best to take medication will a meal, that way the risk of stomach discomfort is slimmed (if ya didn't know). [: ]
Lay down and drink alot of water. ]
First of all, dont use midol! Use ibuprofen instead. take at least 3 when the cramps have already started. Itll take at least 20-30 mins for it to start working. If you can tell way ahead of time that youre getting cramps, take the ibuprofen right away!! Your cramps wont stand a chance! A very warm heating pad on your lower abdomen does help alot too!
I used to be the queen of cramps! ]
aww hey sweetie.. I usually get that alot. I recommend if you have a heating pad put that on your stomach and lay down and watch some tv. If that doesnt help take a towel and put it in warm water. You should definatly lay down cause that will help you relax and take your mind off the pain =) hope you feel better ! ]
Hey hun..
Go lay down, maybe even go wet your face and neck with some warm water.. while laying down i`d lye on your stomach.. if you have tylenol, advil or someting similar take that if it hurts real bad.. take atleast two.. ♥ Dez ]
Yeah I get major bad cramps like this. Just relax and get a wet hand towel for your forehead when you sweat, put a pillow down near your lower stomach, and put on two pads. Turn on the television volume low, or some music and just relax. If your mom has a cell phone, call her and ask her if she can pick up some stuff to help the cramps. ]
Dont worry just relax. Go lay down and close your eyes for a while. Everyone's body will react when they see blood so your just a little nervous or scared. Just relax and if you need to just call your mom and let her know how you feel or maybe call someone to come over. Take a different kind of pain reliever. Hope this helps and feel better!
