I'm 18. Female. Senior in high school. I like my friend who is also female. We are both Bisexual. She is a junior in high school. So if I was you, then I would contact a mutual friend. Explain the situation to them, and then get the friend to like jokingly hint to your crush that you guys are something more. Get the friend to say stuf like: "you're gonna marry (your name) to your crush. If she denies it then it's nkow skin off your back, and if she laughs it off then perhaps build up the courage to write a letter explaining how you feel for her.
Letters always say it better as they're more personal and convey more meaning.

I can only give you advice from my past experince, as my ex ended it with me and got back with his ex the day later.
Move on. Sure, it will be hard but you only find him attractive now because as humans we want what we can't have. You, or no one who goes through things like this is worth it. You can do loads better. Just stay friends with him, because trust me someone so much better will come along, someone who is faithful to you as well. It'll be hard, and i've found it hard, but the sooner you move on the more you'll gain respect from other guys.

Okay, so I think alot of people would agree that it's actually a bigger move from kissing on the cheek to on the lips than it is for some people to make out after kissing on the lips.
But yeh-the next move is kissing on the lips I suppose. But take things slowly! Leave it about a week at least before you kiss him on the lips-just because the longer you wait I guess the more romantic everything seems.
Alot of people are shy about their first kiss. Just make sure its very quiet and you guys are alone. You could try hugging him then when coming out peck him on the lips?
Either way, to feel forced to do anything you're uncomfortable with. Also, don't do things you think you should be doing, because everyones relationship is different.
Finally, think about this: If you're at a stage in the relationship where you'll tell him honest opinions about things and he'll listen,then that means trust is there. And personally i'd only kiss someone if I trusted them!

why do i feel the need to do my hair and makeup again? i stopped when i was 16. now i see all these girls and i feel intimidated because i dont really do anything but apply a little mascara. i want to be happy when i look in the mirror, but im not. i dont understand why because i should be happy. i want to dye my hair, but i know this is just going to lead to temporarily happiness.

So, firstly you feel intimidated by other girls wearing lots of makeup? Don't be. Thats a sign that they're insecure in their own skin, so cake on a mask of makeup to hide the real them. And if you wear tons of makeup, unfortunatly people don't see you as pretty but as insecure and uncomfortable in your own skin.
Also,guys see straight through girls with tons of makeup, they find nothing more attractive than a girl whose comfortable in her own skin.
I'd say only wear make up to cover up any blemishes/acne, but remember less is more! I'm sure all these girls you feel intimidated by would kill for the confidence to go out with no make up. Embrace your natural beauty!

Well the obvious answer is to pull him aside and explain. But some people find that daunting..
Make sure you make eye contact with him loads. Did you know if someone looks at you for more than 5 seconds with no interupptions or looking away then they like you? So yeh, make sure he sees you looking at him. Especially through eye contact. The eyes are the key to anyones heart.
If you fancy this guy, then he may already know, as most have an instict. So he couldbe looking up things like 'i think soemone likes me'
Make sure you play into his hands-twizzle your hair and with your pen to make it OBVIOUS to him.
If all else fails build up the courage to tell your friends to tell him. You need to say or else its an opportunity lost-he may feel the same as you too. Good luck :)

Im 13 and female. I know what your going to say, youre gonna say its just a teenage phase im going through. Id believe that if i hadnt been thinking this since i waz 4. So lemme start my story. Im scene, just saying, most ppl call it emo. But my parentz dont get scene so they just think imma freak. How can i get them to understand im not emo anymore?
By not acting like one around them? eg: dressing different to an emo and things.
People say you can't judge a book by it's cover but i disagree. How you dress particually is judged-as you've dressed a certain way because thats how you want people to view you as.
I doubt any parent would truly think they're chil was a complete freak-else they'd get you into therapy or something. When alot of parents were growing up there wern't all these different types of people, so i guess thats why they think its strange.
It's hard feeling like this, but i bet your parents love you for who you are. Just be totally yourself. Don't care too much what others think of you because then they're getting in the way of you and your life. I'm not saying go crazy! Just maybe agree to disagree with your 'rents on this occasion and move on-life's too short :)

This is interesting, because to put it bluntly guys are simple creatures. It's usually obvious if a guy 'likes you' But then if you've not done anything about the fact that he likes you, like shown any affection or told him to back off, then I guess he's becoming embarrased by telling you in the first place. And no one wants to be with someone who they feel embarrased around-so he's loosing interest.
Your call-if you like him help him a little by showing him. if you don't but do as a friend then without upsetting anyone try telling him. If its meant to be you'll know though :)

My period is about five days late, and I was planning to take a test if it doesn't come by at least Tuesday. I was wondering, could there be other very early symptoms of pregnancy?
I've noticed I have had a very weak bladder since Tuesday. I use the restroom at least six times a day, and being in high school it's tough for me. I've had frequent cramps and nausea and I also have been extremely exhausted. I go to bed at nine usually and coincidentally my body has been craving so much. I always come home and look for anything fruity or chocolatey and with no success, end up making some calming tea.
My boyfriend doesn't know about this yet, but I'll admit I've been pretty stupid while intimate with him. I feel like if I'm so dumb. I know the risks yet I choose to make this decisions anyway. I'm getting more worried day after day, and I have heard stress could cause a period not to arrive, but my period has never been this late before and I've been through way more stress than worrying about being pregnant...
They could be symptoms yeh-so i'd get checked out but wait another week.
As your saying you're in high school, you're quite young. When you're young, periods are inconsistent anyway. They come early,late and rerely on time when you're young.

I really love this guy that I even got scolded by my mom because she knows he is my boyfriend. I am not allowed to have boyfriend yet but I think I am responsible enough to have one. I am hopefully graduating next year in college.. What can I do? Seeing as you've not given your age I'm gonna guess your 18. So okay, you are in the eyes of the law an adult-your at an age where you're responsible for your actions. Therefore, only you can control who you see. However, your mom can control who you see whilst in her house.
I'm not too sure about America, but certaintly in Britain the you can leave home when your 16 years old.
Put it this way:your mum wouldn't pick your friends for you, so why should she pick your bf?
Many people see the fact that their parents are overprotective as a bad thing. My mum and dad are very overprotective-they didn't even met my ex once, but they knew I was seeing someone.
It does seem like all mums are freinds with their daughters. But then they're missing out on having a proper mum-someone to admire, to look up to and someone who loves you no matter what. Being friends with your mum is worse, because if an argument occurs-well you wern't special enough to be seen as a daughter anyway.
You're in an ok position actually having a mother figure. Absence makes the hard fonder. I say (providing you are 18) move out for a little bit. Say for a couple of months. This will allow you to experience what its like to actually be in a normal adult relationship. Also, your mum may think differently and accept your boyfriend. As with my mum-its not you she doesn't trust its other people. But if you can survive on your own safely, then she'll hopefully trust others more and have a totally different attitude. I'm a twin, I'm 15 year old and a girl. My sister and I look a lot alike and our high school is really big so a lot f people can't tell us apart which actually bothers me sometimes when I know it's not their fault. I look nothing like my twin though. But I notice you said you look 'alot' alike, which I'm guessing means youre not totally identical. Okay, so what i would do is to reinvent yourself.
You've gone past the cute stage when mums like to dress twins up the same. Now it's time to step out from the crowd.
MAke sure that you at lest have a few friends that your twin isn't friends with. This will help you enter different social circles.Have different intrests and go to different clubs than her.
Personally I wouldn't dress the same, but thats up to you. The main thing is to be happy and healthy in yourself. Don't try to not look like your twin obvoiusly. So if she has blonde hair don't dye yours black-else this could drive you apart in the future. Also don't let what other poeople think about how twins should behave get in the way of you and your goals.
Although you are your own person, seperate completely to your twin, try to embrace being a twin to! Not many people know how special it feels :)

What I find helps too when i'm sending rather blush worthy texts is (and this works) to send it quickly, and leave your phone somewhere and go and distarct yourself with something else. (like tv) then come back to your phone when your sure hes replied-cos then its like its taken time for everything to sink in.

The thing is, it's probably not you or your sister at all. It the boys.
Whilst girls mature around 13 and 14 years old, boys mature a little later. So if your mixing with mostly other 14 year olds then they may still have quite a childish outlook on life. However boys fully mature when they're around 15 and 16 years old. So I guess if you're sister is hanging out with guys her own age then thats why :)
Also don't compare yourself to your sister. If you want to increase your chances of getting a boyfriend then don't hide in her shadows-guys love individuality :)

Okay, so you're 13. At 13 year old many girls drastically change from kids into mature women. Boys go through this change when they're about 15 years old. Based on this, if you go out with anyone your own age at the moment it would be wrong. Firstly because you'll probs find your dating a kid, and also because you'll be dating someone for the sake of it-so it may not last.
I think it sounds like if you don't mind me saying so that you're in love with the idea of having a boyfriend-and this wont change if you get one soon.
What's best is to wait a year. Most boys mature fully by the age of 15..so thens a good time :) I think you'll find as well that if you wait untill you're abit older, boys will respect you and will see you as an independant girl-which is very attractive.

If he's literally within the last minete asked you out then just kinda stand there and smile and make lots of eye contact. Just talk to them like a friend at first-give things time (like a day) for you two to adjust with the boyfriend/girlfriend status. Ask for their number if you become really talkative too :)

I've had my cat for a little over 2 years now and he's been a menace since we first got him, about 2 weeks old. Usually, from my experience, when cats get neutered they calm down and aren't so...bad.
My cat LOVES plastic. He sees plastic or hears it, he comes running and he loves to actually eat it. My other cat has never given me problems, it's just this younger one. Will he grow out of it or should I seek help? lol
He should grow out of it. My cat was obseessed with paper, but he grew out of it. It may be because thats how he was trained to use the toilet when he was a kitten. hope this helps
