I am single and I have been single for around two years. Seven months is not a lifetime! Maybe the guy for you is just around the corner. Be yourself all the time and love will come your way.

You should be happy just being you
Someone once told me "You can never truly be happy with someone if you cannot be happy being with yourself"
Enjoy time with family and friends and sooner or later someone will come around. If your friends know someone you can all set up a date to hang out and they can bring him/her along but don't be desperate to date someone.

Kinda sounds like you've had a freak moment of not liking being single and typed in your worry on here.
Don't know what the question is, but 7 months isn't that long compare to most people. And hey,the longer you're single then the better the relationship will be when you meet someone new, as you'll be appriciative.
If you want to meet someone then take up a new hobby or something. Feel free to ask for more advice from me in my advice column :)

I don't know what your question is. It seems like you don't like being single, and want to be in a relationship?
Why do you feel the need to be in a relationship? You, have value in yourself as one. Why do you feel so desperate to be with someone? You define you, not who you are with. Enjoy being single, and spend time with good friends. Eventually, you will find someone. Hunting for someone will never work. These sorts of things have a way of just happening.
And 7 months isn't that long
