stick with silver bands. they are much less noticable then when you have colors in. colors stand out and make people notice your braces.

it sounds like migraines. migraines consist of terrible headaches with dizziness and nausea on the side. i would ask your doctor and he/she can diagnose you and hopefully get you well.

you are not putting enough shaving cream/gel on it. make sure your crotch area is really wet with water then add plenty of shaving gel and shave in the direction the hair grows. after, make sure you apply lots of lotion. this should stop the burning.
