im 14/f, and lately, food disgusts me. honestly, i cant even look at it, much less smell it, no matter what it may, but specially meat. ive stopped eating, all i do is drink stuff,[ juice, water, red bull], and ocassionally cereal. ive also been getting these horrible headaches, along with dizziness. this is all very recent, but i certaintly dont want it to be the start of something worse. what do you guys think?

hco_babe answered Monday June 18 2007, 6:52 pm: it sounds like migraines. migraines consist of terrible headaches with dizziness and nausea on the side. i would ask your doctor and he/she can diagnose you and hopefully get you well. [ hco_babe's advice column | Ask hco_babe A Question ]
MODERNDURATION answered Monday June 18 2007, 6:46 pm: i have a simliar issue, it could be that it is the summer time and your just not as hungry as before. I would suggest slowly introducing certain foods into your diet, salads are good because they are cold, during the summer hot usually doesnt appeal to people, so eat things such as fruit and other cooler food. The reason you are having the dizziness is because you are depriving yourself of nutrition you need, take vitamins. Also be sure to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. But you really do need to start eating even if it is little bits at a time.
