Nope. There are alot of factors besides breast size: width of your chest (how close together your boobs are), type of bra, padding in bra, tightness of shirt, and how "squishy" your boobs are. Hope that makes sense, I don't really want to be explicit about how to give yourself cleavage...lol!

No. Some girls wear short shirts that show their cleavage. I have this friend who wears tiny tank tops and she has small breasts but she still shows cleavage. :P Haha. Hope my advice helps. <3
