vacation Im going on vacation on July 12th. I'm not fat or anything, but i definitely want to tone my thighs. What are good workouts to do that will be noticeable by then?

just run and eat healthy, dont skip meals just eat right ]
start doing 100 lunges every day. running helps as well. ]
pilates is good. ]
