summers coming and i want to loose 25lbs over break for my junior year. i mainly want to loose weight in my gut and thighs, and perhaps back (weird, i know).
what i need is good diet tips.
motivational tips that will help me.
meals that will help fill me up so i don't overeat.
and a workout plan that is effective on the parts i want to tone/loose weight in.

Okay i usually use secret deotorant, but lately it hasnt seemed to be working well. i'm really embarassed but i get really stiny and sweaty! is there any other kinds of deotorant i can use that will work better? i need help please!
I use a brand called Teen Spirit. Its really good. Plus it smells good :D. There are a bunch of different brands to try. You might need to try some before you find one that works the best for you. Like Isaid, I use Teen Spirit and it works really well. Try that brand. Hope my advice helps! ♥ Jenny

okay so my friend is throwing a graduation party at her house and like 70 people are coming. me and her were making all these plans [where everything should go,what she should give out, etc] and she asked me if i could help her with music.

Try renting a club and inviting a bunch of people. Or you could even have some friends over for maybe a campout with a bonfire, and maybe even a cookout. So I have no idea how to dance. I mean in school and stuff we don't really have that much dances and stuff and now we're having one. I'm sure some people at that know how to dance from going to clubs and what not but...i can't//don't know if i can dance. Dont worry about it. A lot of people cant dance. If it helps, I cant dance. But just go with it. You arent the only one who feels that they cant dance. Years and months from now your friends arent going to remember your dancing skills. They are gonna remember the jokes that were made, and the fun times you had. Just relax and dont worry about it. my dad is the biggest jerk. technically he buys my affection with materialistic things but we don't spend time together because he's an a** hole. he always throws mine and my moms stuff around and thinks its "junk" but he thinks his stuff is so valuable. today he went through our shed outside and threw out all of my stuff. stuff from my childhood, stuff that i had emotional attachment to and all of my sleds for winter because i haven't used them...of course i haven't used them it summer!! he always says we have stuff we dont use and we should throw it out but we do use it he just doesn't believe us. my mom has been thinking about divorce because he's always been like this and he makes me and my mom wait on him hand and foot and whenever we ask what he did that day he says "i did the laundry" and thats it, meanwhile my mom and i vaccum every weekend, make him dinner, make him coffee no matter what hour of the night, get him dessert, clean every room of the house, take care of our five cats, although he does feed our one dog, once a day. its just rediculous and we cant take it anymore but my mom can't afford the legal fees for a divorce and my dad doesn't believe in divorce. and he complains every weekend when i leave the house to regain my sanity! i don't know what to say to him to make him realize what a jerk he is, he's extremely stubborn and thinks he's always right even if he knows he's wrong. please help me with this jerk
It sounds like he is a jerk. On the one hand you are sick of his behavior but on the other hand he is your dad and althoughit may not seem like it, you both care about each other. Maybe suggest to your mom that she take him to see a therapist and maybe even a marriage counseler for themselves. He needs to learn about respect for your stuff and respect for you and your mom. I'm a 13 year old girl.I want to buy a prepaid t-mobile sidekick and my parents refuse to put one cent of their own money towards it, and they won't let me buy the one where you get paying plan (which is cheaper). Those are 400 dollars and right now I have $100. I have a mothers helper job where I make about 6 dollars an hour and the lady calls me like twice a week. I want to make 300 bucks in 5 weeks. Thats impossible with just that one job because i'd have to work 5 and a half hours twice a week! Thats a really long time! Also, I can'get get any other babysitting jobs, I tried that. Is there any ways I can make 300 dollars in 5 weeks with working for about 2-3 hours twice a week at a babysitting job, OR is there any deals I can work out with my parents where I can pay them back and stuff, when I get the money, that will convince them, cause they are really headstrong.
Try doing chores around the house. You can get an allowance from them. That way you will be doing the work and showing them that you are determined to make money. This way youll be earning it instead of being given it. Hope my advice helps! ♥ Jenny

can anyone give me like a summary of the pirates of the caribbean movies? because i have seen all 3 and im still confused at the plot. thanks
Ive only seen the first and second but in the first one, Jack wants to become the captain of the Black Pearl and in order to do this he needs to rid the ship of these pirates who are under a curse. The curse is that they cant die. At the end of the movie, Jack ends up defeating them and thus becoming the captain of The Black Pearl.
In the second, Jack wants to get revenge on Davy Jones. It was said that he put his heart into a chest and hid it. Jacks compass points to the chest. While he is searching for it, Will wants to seek revenge on Davy because his father is a prisoner on Davys ship. He wants to destroy Davy's heart because it will kill him. So Jack brings Davys heart onto the Black Pearl which angers Davy. He sends a torpedo thing to destroys the ship. The crew escapes the ship, except for Jack. Elizabeth handcuffs him to the ship so that they could get away. The ship is destroyed and everyones assumes jack is dead. But at the end Captain Barbados (the origianl captain of the the black pearl) suggests that jack might still be alive. And thats the end.

okay this is going to sound sort of weird, but i have always used Secret non scented deodorant. i decided to try Dove because i was unhappy with the white marks Secret leaves. i bought a scented one (the scent is called "fresh"). is using a scented deodorant stupid? i always wear either perfume or body spray, so will the scents mix & smell bad? was it a bad idea to get a scented deodorant? can other people actually smell it? i don't know if i should have gotten unscented...
Think of it like this: if using a scented deodorant was stupid, then why would they make scented ones?? Using scented ones are perfectly fine. Everyone does. Dove is a really good brand too. It smells good :D. Hope my advice helps! ♥ Jenny
