So I have no idea how to dance. I mean in school and stuff we don't really have that much dances and stuff and now we're having one. I'm sure some people at that know how to dance from going to clubs and what not but...i can't//don't know if i can dance. This is a tough question..but when everyone's dancing I want to join in to make memories..any tips?
viciousxpunk answered Sunday June 3 2007, 2:27 pm: the secret to dancing is that there is no right or wrong way to dance. if you can hear a beat in a song and move to it, then you will be fine. you could always try watching music videos for some ideas on dance moves, and there are a few songs that have certain dance moves that everyone does. ("snap yo fingers" lil jon, "pop, lock, and drop it" huey, "lean wit it rock wit it" dem franchize boys, and "walk it out" unk) you can always look at your friends to see the way they are dancing, and try to do something similair. as long as you can move to a beat in a song, it doesnt matter what youre doing. and the most important thing to remember is that its better to be dancing a little different than everyone else, than be standing on the wall watching everyone else have fun. no one can laugh at you cuz youre trying to be outgoing. gsngirl7 answered Monday May 28 2007, 10:01 pm: Dont worry about it. A lot of people cant dance. If it helps, I cant dance. But just go with it. You arent the only one who feels that they cant dance. Years and months from now your friends arent going to remember your dancing skills. They are gonna remember the jokes that were made, and the fun times you had. Just relax and dont worry about it. Hope my advice helps! ♥ Jenny [ gsngirl7's advice column | Ask gsngirl7 A Question ]
