mariaa123 answered Monday May 28 2007, 9:13 pm: hey.
your BMI is 24, so when i looked
that up it meant that more
excercise is needed. i say you
should lose about 15-20 pounds,
and that starts by eating
healthy and excercising. replace
the foods you love, such as cookies,
chips, and soda with healthier
choices. cookies & chips can be
replaced by fruit and pretzels, and
the soda can be replaced by water &
sugar-free juice. ice cream can be
substituted for frozen yougurt.
swim, run around the neighborhood, ride a
bike, and getting involved in sports also
helps you lose weight. don't forget
to drink PLENTY of water! good
luck with it! ♥ [ mariaa123's advice column | Ask mariaa123 A Question ]

Healthy Weight Range = 15.3 - 22.6
you should weigh around 140lbs to be healthy, so you are slightly overweight.
