tanning and losing weight?

when im in my backyard tanning , i sweat, am i burning fat/ calories? or what? can i actually lose weight by laying down and tanning?

Hey. Tanning doesn't make you lose weight but sweating is. Just be careful and put on sunscreen, and try to drink a lot of water so you don't get dehydrated. ♥ fabulous

you sweat so you lose water weight so you'll be skinnier for a little while, but once your hydrated again you'll gain it back.
