what are some things to do by yourself on summer
hi i am 13 years old and it seems like i never go anywhere with my friends i guess its because they are to young there like 12 but i have a 15 year old sister and she goes like every where with her friends i was wondering if i am just going to stay like this with my friends never going anywhere without there parents and i dont no how to ask my parents like not to come with me everywhere (link)

i think you should just explain to your parents that you are getting older now and its time you when away with your friends, just you and your freinds. say something like that. get them to hear you out, get them to understand you. make sure they hear you through.

I really like this guy. Whenever he IMs me it makes my heart jump. He know a WHOLE lot about me and my life. I think he knows to much though where hell think that im not good enough. i think you should try not to think or him (i know thats going to be really hard but try) maybe try going out with other guys. if you are not ready then dont go out with anyone till you are over him bc it wont be fair to you but it really wont be fair to the other guy you are trying to go out with.

i think you should let him know how you feel. tell him this is bothering you. whatever you do, DONT KEEP THIS FROM HIM. it wont be fair to you or to him. if you two are together you guys should be able to talk about anything and everything. so i think for now, try to forget it (yeah i know thats going to be really hard but dont think about him cheating on you, which if he loves you and you turst him he wont) but still i would talk to him.

well crunches help your uper stomach. keep doin that if you want your " upper-stomach" to be flat, (crunches help sooo much for that) if you want your "lower-sotmach" to be flat then what really helps is 6 inches>>( where you lay flat on your back and raise your feet above the ground 6 inches, hense the same "6 inches') there is also this ab machine called 6 SECOND ABS. it can work out your uper and lower abs >> (you can find that machine (small machine) in dicks sporting goods, modells, sporting or exersize stores like that) it comes with a DVD to tell you everything you need to do step by steph.
like when you eat and just do crunches , it helps your upper stomach, all your fat ususally settles at you lower stomach.

maybe you should tell him how you feel about him. he might like you back but he might just be shy to tell you and shy to talk to you. i think he pulled you over to talk to you but as soon as he did he he got shy... you know? (well thats boys for you, confusing.) but i think you should just tell you how you feel about him. you never know, he might feel the same way.

Hey, I’m usually the one giving advice. I don’t need advice. I just have a question and I want to know your opinion. This question is for deep thinkers. Long answers are encouraged as well as comical ones.
I’ve seen quite a lot of “love” questions, asked by adolescences. What would you call "true love"? Many people have been saying “I have a boyfriend and I REALY love him” and “she said that he loves me” or things like that. I’ve seen these questions being asked by 13 year olds! Teens DO have deep affections for people, but I really don’t think that they are capable of TRUE love. How can there be love if teen relationships only last 2 months or even 2 years! 2 years is quite long for a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, but shouldn’t love last a LIFETIME? I agree that teens think that they are in love (I’ve been there) but I wouldn’t call that love. I would call it more like, “deep affection”. After all, if love between teens is really “love” then they shouldn’t break up, right? I think that teens are too young and “unexposed” to have TRUE LOVE. Even adults. They mistakenly call their relationships “love”. If it was actually love, then shouldn’t there be less or no divorces?

i think you have a point there. i am 13/f and my last boyfriend, i said i loved him, but when i think back on it, it wasn't really love, it was more a crush then love. but i did have this one boyfriend where i loved him ( i know thats not what you want to hear but im sorry) he felt the same. yes we did break up. it just wans't working bc we did not really see each other alot and we kinda lost intrest so we broke up. i think you "can" be in "love" and still break up. i totally agree love should last a "lifetime" but sometimes in a relationship, something goes wrong and they grow apart, sometimes it just happens. im not disagreeing with you bc i think you are right, but at the same time, you know?

well if you really love your girlfriend then you would not really like anyone else as much as your girlfriend. there are going to be girls in and out of your life and one day you will find the perfect one. if you like the other one enough to go out with her then thats not really fair to your girlfriend. you know? does this other girl know you like her alot? (get back to me on that) this is going to sound weird but, compare then, who makes you laugh, who makes you smile, who makes you happy, who do you love to be with, who has alot of stuff in common with you? awser those questions to yourself. if you need any other advice on this or on anything then just ask me, i am always here.

My life really sucks. The guy i like has this really popular and pretty girlfriend. All the people at school make fun of me. I do not have alot of friends. My family doesn't seem like they care for me too much. I even sometimes think of suicide.
At school all of the people make fun of me. I am no dork but people make fun of me the way i dress and just plain make fun of me. On my school lacrosse team people always make fun of me. Not to brag but i am probably the best person on the team and yet there are still people making fun of me of the things i do. On my soccer team some of the girls make fun of me too. I do not have alot of friends either. My dad always bothers me to have someone come over and he asks me the number of people i called and its only about 3 because i really don't have alot of friends to call. My family is always yelling at me to. I try to be nice but then my sister makes some smart remark and then my parents expect me to be nice to her. And they think she is like the perfect angel child that does everything right. My sister even sometimes makes fun of me by saying i have no friends. Suicide is also something i think about and life is something i want to take away because it really sucks. Please add some advice to this column. It would really help. dont do anything to hurt yourself. its not worth it. no matter how bad life gets, there is ALWAYS tomorrow. i think its rude of people and people these days do not have good judgement at ALL. you will always run into people like that. i think you should just ignore then for now. and maybe you can go up to some of the other girls in school and talk to them. make a best friend that you can tell all this. i know its going to be tough, but try it, it will help alot. be more social twards others. believe me it will help. and remember theres always another day and that day is tomorrow and it WILL be better tomorrow. dont go and do something you will regret for the rest of your life. and tell your family that you think that they dont really care about you, you know? tell them how you feel. and tell your mom your little sister really hurts your feelings. just tell everyone how you feel. and just keep in mind, if you kill yourself, you will kill others around you, maybe not physicly, but emotionaly.

well sometimes guys are shy to ask or afraid they will get turned down. i dont see why though bc i am not a guy, i am a girl. but they might be scared of what you will say. they dont want you to say no. if you dont want to go with them then, u kinda have to say no, you know?

way back when; i had a friend and he was the best thing in my life. i could tell him anything and he would always take up for me and i was always there for him in his times of emotional needs. But he was one of the guys everyone liked because of his looks and they didnt take the time to know him. But the next school year we didnt talk. in the hall he would just smile at me like I was some adult or something which made me feel akward because he was like the best thing ever for me. Well another year later which is currently he always looks troubled walking around school and he always lets people put him down like all of the pretty girls and they hurt him so much and I love him like a whole lot and hate to see him like that. I want to talk to him again so should i start sitting with him at lunch or write him a letter or what? i think you should sit with him at lunch. we there for him. it sounds like he needs you right now, he may not show it but, he needs you. i think you should invite him over and have a long talk with him. show him what you wrote ( ^^) up there. show him your question. if he wont listen write him a letter, call him do anything. just talk to him.
