I have used it and I think it works well! It keeps all the messy stuff to.... Heres what I dont in the winter and sometimes in the summer, before bed: Use the ped egg all over the foot get it nice and smooth and then get some really thick intense lotion (i have used staright vasleine) rub the lotion on you feet, use alot! And then put on a pair of old cotton socks. In the morning those babies will be very very soomth.. Just like butter lol...

I have a best friend. We've been friends for about three years, and she used to be a really cool person. She's still a nice person, but she's changed. She smokes and drinks occasionally, sends naked pictures of herself to guys, does so while she has a boyfriend, and hangs out with a...well, slutty girl who is a horrible influence on her. She won't tell me about this stuff, but I hear it from other people. I confronted her about it, and she said she was scared to tell me about it because she thought I'd freak out and throw her out of my life. She only partially admitted to doing these things, and I keep hearing more about her everyday. I have a lot of good people in my life, and a lot of friends. It's sad to me that she's turning into such an insecure moron lately. How should I handle this? It's getting exhausting to be her friend, not to mention it's not a great feeling to see someone you care about be so stupid and lie about it. (link)

Sit and have a talk with her and tell her staright up thats you dont like how she has been acting and tell her what your hearing from other people. Tell her you love her alot but cannot continue to be friends with soemone who isnt doing sny good for themselves. I mean you could remain froends with her and try to overlook it but hangong with someone like that is only going to label you honey seriously you dont want people to think your doing the same. So, last year my social life was great! I had a pretty much bf who i was either with or talked to everyday! My best friend who was loyal and we always had fun, and so many other friends! I had alot of guy friends too. Well ever since last May .. I found out that my best friend and boyfriend have been hooking up constantly. I knew they madeout once but apologized and really upset, so i forgave them ( last feb) Anyways I guess they kept hooking up behind my back, and I got really mad. He and I kinda stopped talking, but she always acted like everything was fine. Well I was really hurt.. and she didn't really care. So I started drifting from her to my other close friends. Anyways this year I dont have as many guy friend, My ex bf and best friend are together. I dont have as many friends, Im not as popular, and I feel like I did something . I have been getting alot of " you seem sad" or "whats wrong lately" Also! me and my ex did start getting back together around July but stopped in Sept. I miss him, but things won't work . I have started talking to her again in some classes. But I don't know how to get my other guy friends back. They are claiming im "annoying" now. But i didn't do anything! If i talk to them they'll just be like "shut up, your gay." I dont know , maybe im parinoid..? I mean the friends I have are great, But I miss haveing so many!

to add layouts to myspace you find a layout hotfreelayouts.com is a good one or you could just google myspace layouts that you would want theres millions....so when you find the one u want you highlight the entire code right click and click copy then go to your myspace page and login go to edit profile and go into the about me section and right click and then click paste and the code should then be there... then save your changes.. its the same for all the graphics and comments just paste the codes in different sections... I dont really know the difference between myspace 2.0 or regualr myspace though sorry honey....I hope that helped

me n my boyfrend have been dating for 5 months. i am so in love with him and he is in love with me too. everything was going fine n we were having the same problems as usual but they never really got us down that much n we worked on them. our biggest problem was that he had alot of insecurities which made him have trouble believing me when i saidd that i love him. a few days ago he texted me that we needed to talk. i met him in the hallway and he sed that we needed a break. i was dumbfounded and didnt even know where this came from. he sed he wanted me to get with other guys and see if i still loved him after. he just never thought i was serious when i sed i was in love with him. so i ws like ok and i didnt know what to say. we didnt talk in two days which is definateely not like us since we text 24/7 and he didnt seem to care at all. finally i texted him that we needed to talk. we fought and said alot of mean things. he said he needed a break from me. i said ok but we kept texting. we just talked about our day and nothing about our relationship. then, he asked how i was and i told him how upset i was about the whole break thing. he was really rude about it and said for Gods sake im not divorcing u. i was really hurt but he didnt seem to care at all. he sed he needed a break from all the compliments and i loves yous. i was astounded and very hurt. this came out of nowhere. he said he needed a break of not talking at all. i was sad because we hang out everyday and i missed him. we started texting a little and then he just started giving me one word answers. i said do u even want to talk to me? he said no. so i said well ok? he said well ill let you go then. i said you mean ull let yourself go. n he said yep bye. we havnt talked since that conversation yesterday. I am so hurt that this is so easy for him not to talk to me and that i am so upset about it. he doesnt even seem to care at all. i dont know why all of a sudden he is saying he needs his space and we cant talk. i feel like he doesnt love me anymore but i guess i have to give him his space. he says we will be on this break till he has an epiphany. but what if he never has one and this turns into a permanent break? i dont know what to do , i love him so much and cant lose him. thank you for any help (link)

My boyfriend and I haven't been together long but we were very close friends before we became a couple. We met just after I split up with my ex, who I was very upset about and took a long time to get over. I liked my current boyfriend for a long time although I still wasn't over my ex. When we finally got together, I was really happy and I can safely say that I no longer have any feelings towards my ex.
My current boyfriend and I both have alot of problems at home and always look to each other for support. However, recently I find that all I want is some stability, not a boyfriend who has just as many issues as me. We always have some form of problem with each other and I'm constantly finding faults in him. I worry that I'm only with him because I don't want to be on my own. I love him and he is like my best friend but I can't continue to do this all the time.
I really am at a loss as to what to do. I don't want to break up with him, but deep down I keep thinking I have to. I'm considering asking him for a break from each other, so we can both think about our real feelings but I'm worried that will cause more problems. What should I do? (link)

It all depends on how strong that man is to ask for a break....Honestly I believe you need a break you need some time to find your self you jumped out of your last realtionship and right into this one... You need some time dont be scared to be alone! Call up some of the girls and go out... Put on your best shoes and go out for real.. There is alot more to life honey, dont stay with someone because you are scared to be alone.....I f he is a strong man tell him you need a break some time to find your self explain to him its not because of anyone else because that the first thing guys seem to think!! 16/f, sorry if this is a bit long, I appreciate those who take the time to read this and help me :]
So, there is this guy, and he told me he liked me, I told him I liked him, but then a couple days after that he got with his ex girlfriend who basically was just dumped by her boyfriend. the guy and i havent talked for 4 or 5 weeks. [since that happened] he is in one of my classes. math. and i hate that class already.
well on friday, i had to collect homework. and no one was passing it up, so i kind of went down his row [which is right next to mine, and im in the way front, he is like 2 seats behind me in the next row, so awkward. he moved there when we got our seats changed.] but before i got to him, they started passing it up, so then all of the sudden the guy ... we'll call him bob.. leans on his desk and says something like, "[my name] would you mind taking this--" or "[my name] will you do me a favor and--" i've been wanting him to talk to me, but i felt like he was being an asshole so i cut him off and snatched it out of his hand. [with attitude i guess] and then bob was like "thank you" [i think kind of sarcastically. or surprised.]
anyways, that happened and then i've been having wierd dreams involving him [nothing sexual, dont worry hahaha] just like dreams that I'm trying to get him to notice me. or talk to me. or break up with his girlfriend. who doesn't deserve him because she always told people ho annoying he was. and not that bob deserves anyone because i REALLY like/liked him.
sometimes i feel like he's looking at me in math. and when i talk to someone who sits behind him, i feel like he tries to make eye contact with me, and when we do make eye contact, i break away frist really quickly, or he does. and we were put in groups on friday [the day i snatched the paper from him] and he was right next to me [in his group] and i think he was listening to me talk to my group or trying to get my attention because whenever this guy in his group asked me a question, he would look at me and our eyes met and it was so intense. like. i don't even now how to explain it.
and ontop of that, i think i like this freshman now. but i still like bob. im so lost and confused and i can't get bob off of my mind. and sometimes the new guy i like comes into my mind. but not really. wow im so confused. what should i do? talk to bob? long story short, my best friend was acting really strange and un-like her usual self, so since i know her myspace password & email i logged into her account. I read her messages, and found out she had been forwarding some of the private, personal messages i sent to her, to other people! she was also talking really badly about me to behibnd my back.
My question is, do you agree with my being mad at her? I recently started dating a new guy, in a few days it will have been a month. At first I wasn't sure if I should keep dating him because being with him made me miss being with my ex, not because I don't like him, but because I was constantly reminded of what it was like being with my ex. But I decided to stick with him because I didn't think I had given us a fair chance yet, and I assumed it was normal that I was missing my ex and that the feeling would go away soon. Well, it's been this way for a month now and I think I'm missing my ex even more now than I was before. I still talk to my ex, and we're good friends. Alright, i had an abortion in February. I was 17 and completely not ready to have a child. Well, i actually never dealt with it and to top it all off, my due date came and gone, and I had a whole night to myself and reminecing about what I would have had, their names, and what colour I would have painted the baby's room. Needless to say it wasn't/isn't easy.
Since I hadn't dealt with it, I was consistently inconsistent with my birth control and spent three or fours months not on it at all, having unprotected sex. Now during all that time, and I mean everyday! I never once got pregnant again, I had scares with late periods, but that's all, they've all come and gone. and because of my deep desperation to have a child, i've really forgotten how to deal with my life and all the bad stuff that has happened and is happening.
Question I have is does anyone have an idea on how to move on, deal with it, and make sure that it doesn't screw up any of my future relationships? (link)

Its really hard to go through what you did. The best way would honestly be to try to forget. Try not to think about it and remember everything happens for a reason. There is a reason you did what you did. And thats not going to change. Try to put it behind you. When its time for you to get pregnant it will happen. Dont just do it because. Find someone fall in love raise the baby togther do you know how hard it is to be a single mother? Babys are nice but they are ALOT of work. I had my daughter when I was 17 I AM NOW 22. I dropped out of school lost out on my teenage years, didnt go to prom or have a graduation. And I was so stressed out with paying for diapers and formula and clothes. Everything will fall into place for you honey be patient. If your worried about not being able to get pregnant ask your doctor to check you out. Let her know your worried after to had the abortion. I hope this helped a little.

why am i always craving food? when i eat, i just keep craving more and more. i also rarely feel hugry and i never get that feeling of being full, except for when i eat a LOT. even on thanksgiving, i never felt full. it not just all of the sudden too, its been like this for awhile.

Ok.. this is complicated and long.. so don't even start to read if you aint gonna finish... :)
I met this guy in February of 08 lets call him E he is a kind of a quiet person but i liked him a lot hes really cute and he liked me to. We would spend hours talking on the phone at night constantly text.. Well we started dating in the following March.. many people like his exs warned me that he was a player.. i didnt listen i thought they were just bein haters.. ever since i went down a path of drama with other girls, break ups and more problems. He would always see one of his ex girl behind my back but she aint a problem she moved but.. needless to say he talks to a lot of girls and he still texts that ex girl.. Ok.. well we broke up lots and got back together. No matter how shitty i was treat i went back to him. Well we stopped dating for a while and I started talking to his friend " d" who isn't usually what i would go for at all cause he is a bigger guy. Anyway "d" is really funny, i love being with him.. i dont even think about E when i'm with him like hes amazing. Well E didnt want to get back together until he seen me talking to D... he still claims that its not why but whatever...I really do love E we have had a lot of time together and i love being around him.. but i like D too.. D isn't so innocent himself he had a few girl friends at one time but he claims he would drop them all for me.. I aint his average chick... My problem is now i dont know who i want to be with E who i love but has treated me bogus in the past but seems to have changed some what or D who is funny amazing and claims he aint playin games that he drop all his ladies for me. Who do i go for? im so confused.. i dont want to go for D and find out he is still talking to his exs and lose my chance with e cause i still love e and have a big weakness for him.
