I want a small indoor dog who can get along with my cat, is preferably easy to groom, doesn’t bark like crazy without good reason, and is affectionate. There are no children in my home which is in a rural area, I’d love taking him/her on a walk with a leash, but the dog also needs to be able to entertain itself for about 9 hours while I’m gone at work on weekdays. If anyone can give me breed suggestions, tips, or any other info, that would be great! I’m considering an Australian Terrier. (link)

I have a yorkshire terrier who gets along great with my cat and if you get them cut short they are easy to groom. He doesn't bark unless someone is at the door, and occasionally when I vacuum. You might also try a pomeranian, I have had two but they have been drastically different. My first is very affectionate, sweet, doesn't chase the cat, and hardly ever needs to be groomed cause he is so naturally fluffy and doesn't get matted. He has a really shrill bark as most poms do but only when someone new is there. Good on walks. The second one is a little nuttier...and no matter what breed, leaving a new puppy alone for 9 hours is never good. You might try getting a small dog from a shelter that is full grown =)

Im thinking about getting a pit bull puppy. I was wondering if anyone has a pit bull and what they could tell me about their experiences and what advice they could give. Anything is appreciated!! (link)

I am in a family where a lot of my cousins and aunts have had pit bulls for years. Right now there are 2, Kenya and Asia. There have been more over the years and they are fantastic. If you raise them right, they can be very sweet, loving dogs. Sometimes they don't realize how big they are though so when you're playing be careful but...great dogs, really. I love them, and everyone I know adores them. Great with people. Cats...sometimes. Lol.

well, there isnt much music to it. but its like "tonight is the night.." or something.. and it is a rap song. or hiphop. whatever you want to call it. i was listening to it like non stop at a party but i got a little drunk so i dont remember much. but it seemed like ALOT of people knew it considering they were singing along with it. Definitely a song by Chris Brown called "Forever". Not his newest song but...a big air gainer nonetheless. Club/party hit.

I was at a local pet store looking at the hamsters and I noticed that a few of them had matted diharria (spelling?) in their fur by their butt. A couple of them looked like they had wet tail. Other than the diharria though they didn't look or act unhealthy. They weren't lethargic or making any noises that would alert me to pain. I went in the late evening so they would be awake...what do you think...wet tail? (link)

Yes, this sounds like the early stages of wet tail. I am a long time hamster and mouse owner and I agree with the other answerer, dri-tail in the water should be a quick fix. Were their ears back? Sometimes people don't notice that, and that can mean they're dehydrated.
