They sell condoms on like a regular isle in Target right? Can anyone just walk in and buy them?

Yes of course you can buy them. Afterall, They are for anyone! You would normally find condoms behind the check out line or in a pharmacy department. :) 3 packs are about 3.99 and the big packs range between 10-25 bucks usually.

yes & yes.
they can't not sell them to you just because you look young or anything like that, it is illegal and you are allowed to buy them. or you can go to a local planned parenthood and they can give you some for free if you ask.
