Q: Hey I'm 16 years old and a guy. I eat lunch at about 12.40, to get out of school at 2.40. I work out after school, mostly cardio workouts that go anywhere from 30-90 minutes. At lunch, there isn't always a variety to choose from, since it's the last one, and I usually get PB&J, but not by choice. I add a banana and some apple juice to keep things healthy, but that doesn't work for me. I either feel sick or too hungry when I work out after school. Any other foods or sandwhiches I should try? I'm not sure what to get to fill me up, not over fill me, but give me the energy I need for after school. Thanks - will rate.

Q: okay..well there is this kid that had liked me for three years but like i always thought of him as just a really good friend,and i never relized how much i was breaking his heart. This year he hates me now cause he said he didnt want to get hurt anymore and now hes friends with all the people i hate...the thing is im starting to really like him now but its to late. Q: This is going to sound dumb. But every once and a while i get this really sharp pain right under my left boob like behind the rib cage. and it hurts so bad i cant breath. it knocks the wind out of me n i can't move, but this literally 15 seconds later its fine. it use to happen like every couple of months. but its been happening a lot this week.
wtf is this? lol i never bothered to ask anyone cause it didnt happen a lot. but now its becoming more frequent. any one else get this?

Q: ok so at my highschool we got a pool and have to go swimming. the problem is i dont feel comfrontable taking off ALL my clothes to wear my bathing suit infront of everyone.. they think just because we are all girls and have the same body parents that it is ok but i personaly dont think that is right.. and another thing is we cant use the "girl problem" to stop us from swimming" but i have NEVER used a tampon and i have heared from my friends that the doctor has told them it is bad for you and can mess up soemthing down there?? what can i do??

Q: I've been with my boyfriend for over two years, and I love him more than anything in the world. I've never cheated on him and I've never even thought about it. But last night I had a dream that I had sex with another guy. I don't know who he was, but it really wierd. And in my dream I was freaking out that my boyfriend might find out about it and that he'd be pissed at me. When I woke up this morning I called my boyfriend and told him about the dream and he's taking it really hard. He's really hurt and he thinks that I might be interested in having sex with other people, BUT I'M NOT. I don't know why I had this dream, and I don't know what to do or say to make him feel better. Another thing is that my boyfriend is in the military- and we don't get to see eachother very often, so he's probably really worried something is going on back at home with me and someone else, but honestly there isn't. I need to figure out why I had this dream, and what I can do to cheer up my boyfriend. Any advice would be awesome, thanks.

Q: ON the last day of school my best friend told me she would be going to private school next year. I really had a tough time making friends the whole year and she really was one of the only friends i had. She's away at sleepaway camp for 8 weeks and I can't see her!!! She didn't respond to any of my letters either. I'm scared to go through a year of school without her. I'll be so lonely!!! What can I do to make the best of the school year???

Q: I eat 3 meals a day and lately abou an hour after my meals I start to get really hungry.
I've tried eating bigger portions but it just made me feel bloated after, I've tryed halfing my portions and leaving half of it for when I do get hungry but it makes my hunger worse and I've tried ignoring it but it just doesn't seem to go away.

Is there anyway I can stop this?

Q: Okay, i've just decided to try tennis, but i have friken clue of how the hell to play it. lol I keep trying to find out things online, and it's telling me things about how u need 4 points to win a game, 6 games to win a set, and 2 sets to win a match, but i have no clue what they mean by "game" "set" or "match", I dont know what they are!!lol I also don't know how you get scored on this.
