i do a thing i call 'but crunches' haha it sounds stupid. but it works! if you do it alot. it's where you flex your but muscles in between every step you take. do your left 'cheek' lol and then your right. and if you do it alot, not like ALL the time, then you will notice results fast! it also makes you have a very toned but. good luck!

Ok see i went on a trip and first i asked my best friend to go wth me but there was no more room on the airplane. i kno if she did go we would have a BLAST! but then my other friend's mom talked 2 my dad and my dad invited her and the SOME HOW he found a ticket for her. i didnt kno what to say about that or even what to say to my best friend. she was a little pissed when she found out, but i hate when she is pissed at me ! i love her like a fat kid loves cake we have been though everything 2geter

Yes it is normal. I get colds all the time. For your sore throat, drink broth, and you might want to get some medicine for it. And for you stuffy nose, blow it a LOT, and don't cry, because that makes it worse, and when I get a stuffy nose I use nasal spray lmao. But it works. You stick it in your nose and squirt, and it unclogs your nose. You can get it at wal mart!

Okay, first make sure he's serious and not joking around, because guys can be like that sometimes. Second, tell him that you really want to know what you did. Ok..I have reeeally curly hair. I want it to be straight but when I try to straighten it there are 2 problems:
1. It takes me 1 and a half to 2 hours to get it completely straight.
2. My hair only stays straight for a day or overnight..even if I just straightened it.
Are there any easier ways to make my hair straight and make it stay straight for a while?

Well, they have lots of sprays and things you can use to make it straight, but I use Physique Keep It Straight and I reccomend it. It works very well. The CatWalk products also work very well. You can get Phsyique Keep It Straight at wal mart, and I got CatWalk as a birthday present, but I'm sure they'll be at wal mart or Ulta3. Hope I helped!

I am throwing my best friend a surprise party. She's a girl, 16. I already sent out the invitatations to all of her girlfriends, but I can't decide if I should invite boys or not. She is not friends with very many guys, and the 3 or 4 she is friends with may not even all be friends with each other (I don't really know all of them well). I don't know if I should invite them or not, because they aren't even people she hangs out with outside of school, and I don't know if it would be awkward for them to be there. However, I think that the party should have boys, I mean we are 16 years old. What should I do?
I think that you should invite them. I mean it would give her a chance to make some guy friends, and if there's anyone she has a crush on, INVITE HIM! Plus, it'll be a lot more fun, because you guys would be able to dance and stuff. Unless you were planning on doing girly stuff like makeovers and stuff. In which case you can still invite guys, just wait until they go home to do that stuff. Hope I helped!

I have this friend, she's been like, my best friend since 8th grade....so for like 2/3 years now. And she's having guy problems. I want to help, but she's ALWAYS falling for the wrong ones! And everytime she thinks for a second that "He's not right for me", or "He doesn't like me like that." She decides to give up, and she does stupid things. One main thing she does is she tells the guy (who she's ALWAYS really good friends with) that she should stop talking to them, so she can get over them. This isn't right, because she's done this with 2 guys, in which she had a WONDDERFUL friendship with, and it ruined the friendship. She's not as close as she was to one of them, and the other won't even look at her. She likes this guy now, and he's 18 (she's only 15) and he said he doesn't want to get into it because she's too young. And she's thinking about telling him that she can't talk to him anymore. And she has a great friendship with this guy, and I don't want her to lose another friend. What do I tell her? Or what can I do to help her?

If I were you, I would tell her that she might lose him as a friend if she tells him that. And since she's already lost two friends, she shouldn't do it again. Ok, i had a boyfriend and we were totally in love, but we barely saw eachother (once or twice a month) because we both went to different schools and were in all honors and ap classes (aka TONS of hw). In the end he ended up breaking up with me because "I love you, but i really cant b attached to someone right now." We still ended up being best friends, but about a week ago he told me that he had never told his mom about us breaking up, and i asked him y. He told me that it was because he still loved me (after 2 months), and that he could never take down the picture of us that i gave him for valentines. We're going to the same school next year, and he wants to get back together then....should i go for it because i love him...or just not put the used gum back in my mouth?

So me & this guy were going out.. it had been going great and all but his ex girlfriends were real bitches!! but anyways.. so we ended up braking up because he got suspended and got grounded for the whole summer. He's usually aloud to go to his best friends house (dont ask me why) even if hes grounded but he couldnt even go there.. so we decided to brake up. but see the thing is that about a week into summer (we broke up about a week before school ended) he was able to go to his friends house again. and about three days after that he wasnt grounded anymore.. i saw him at the carnival all over his ex girlfriend (the bitchy one) but he calls me once and a while(we were friends before we went out) but it just seems like i was someone to try and get over his ex and not someone who he really cared about. is he a jerk.. or what?
I think you should talk to him, ask him if he really liked you, or was using you.

Well, meet some new people, do new things. I think the reason you are thinking about this is because you guys haven't really settled what happened in the past. The "top of your ear" is called your cartilidge. I pierced mine myself, but I do NOT reccomend that. It doesn't hurt too bad. But you won't be able to sleep on that side of your head for about a month. Because when you put pressure on it it hurts.
