road trip entertainment
um i just put this under a random category but...im going on a really long road trip in a few days and im gonna need some serious entertainment...any ideas besides anything that involves reading?(i cant read in the car, makes me feel sick and stuff) thanks soo much i rate<33

Maybe give some free advice about: Cars?
I suggest drawing (with a pencil), or bringing a CD player and pillow. (Sleep and music are always good) Also, if you can get a portable DVD player and bring some DVDs, that is always good.

Sure! I go on trips all the time, not very far, but I can tell you some stuff:
Gameboy/Games
Portable TV if possible
A notebook (unless that makes you feel sick too)
A laptop (if you have one)
You could take a camera in case there is pretty scenery on the way
An iPod or CD player

uhh gameboy portable tv/dvd player cd player at like toys r us you can buy little like elctronic games if you have someone to do stuff with i like to play simple card games trivia books on tape lots of sleeping. talk/play games on a cell phone. draw write letters to your friends scrapbook

well if you have a cell phone ask your mom if you can get games on that , bring a portable cd player and some cds and if your parents allow rent a portably dvd player or buy one the ones for cars and bring lots of your fav movies hope this helps <3 alyssa

when i usually go on road trips (usually to florida or oklahoma) i usually sleep, listenin to my cd player, or watch dvds on my portable dvd player. they usually pass by the time quickly.. i really dont kno what else you could do! sorry tho!

well i watch movies in my car, (i have the dvd player thing), i also bring my xbox!!! if either of those arent possible, you can bring headphones and listen to music, you can sleep, bring a deck of cards and play cards with people in car with you, play random games i guess, like ahh the bilboard game? where you go thru the alphabet and find a word that starts with each letter, i dont know it passes time, or just get a book on tape, so you cna listen and not have to read

try to bring any music source such as a ipod or cd player. maybe a dvd player? video games. maybe a laptop? a notebook to draw in? pretty much fun stuff you can do while in the car =)* carmen

you might want to bring a cd player or a minidvdplayer ik thats what i like to do or buy some of those magnetic checker boards or something those are made for the car or play MASH or draw idk i hope i helped!

Movies, Music (bring LOTS of extra batteries), car games (such as out of state liscence plates, look for certain features on cars like one headlight missing, etc), writing, drawing, food, you could try books on CD, and some card games that don't require much room.

Listen to music
Play on a gameboy or cellfone (sumthin like that)
Draw something that you see
You can take pictures
Sleep
Write in a journal about hiow the trip is going

Make sure you bring a portable CD player (with headphones), lots of batteries for it and CDs. If you have a cell phone bring that so you can talk to your friends or text message them. Bring a magazine and just look at the pictures and stuff instead of actually reading it. Hope this helps, have fun!

If you have a cd player or an Ipod, definitely bring those. Bring tons of CDS. Keep a tally of all the different states people are from judging from their license plates. Take pictures each time you go into a new state or anytime you see cool landmarks. Sleep a lot. Bring any handheld games you may have. Have fun!
