lose some wieght

Question Posted Tuesday July 12 2005, 3:43 pm

What are some workout moves or anything that makes your butt smaller and lose some wieght around that area. Don't make fun of me in anyway because I don't care and neither does anyone else. Thanks in advance!

Doing squats really works out your butt and thys. Make sure you do them right, or else you can injure your back. What you do is, stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Take a bar ( a bench bar, I forget the name right now) and put it resting on your shoulder blades, holding it with your hands, palms up. Then, squat down so your legs are at a 90° angle, or just above it. Then go back up. Make sure your back is straight, or else you can hurt yourself. Hope it all works out!

On mat or carpeted area, lie on your back.
Lift your right knee up to your chest.
Grasp your knee, wrapping both arms around it.
Hold for about 30 seconds with your head, shoulder and left leg all in relaxed positions.
Repeat with other leg.

Stand in front of a chair with your feet hip-wide apart and s-l-o-w-l-y squat until you 'just touch' the seat, then squeeze your buns together as you rise. This exercise works to tone the buns by working each bun towards your crack.

Lunges - Put one leg behind you, then bend the knee of the opposite leg so that you can lunge forward. Be careful not to pull anything out of gear. As you lunge, touch to feel the pull.

i do a thing i call 'but crunches' haha it sounds stupid. but it works! if you do it alot. it's where you flex your but muscles in between every step you take. do your left 'cheek' lol and then your right. and if you do it alot, not like ALL the time, then you will notice results fast! it also makes you have a very toned but. good luck!
