get Noxzema. its really good for my skin but it doesnt have a mostuireizer to it. i just use PH20 mostuireizer. they have this blackhead remover and this mask/facewashthing. try it and see what you think. or use Clearasel Ultra. that works pretty good too.

well just go up and talk to him. ask him like how many kids has he seen or like how his day has been. ask him to hang out with you on your break or ask him out. you can do that. ask him if he wants to go out to lunch sometime. talk to him about TV shows or music or life. whatever he likes. if he likes you he'll find every reason to talk to yoou. he'll find every excuse in the world. he will flirt,
Notice how he behaves when he is around you. It really is not that hard to tell if a guy likes you if you can look at his behaviour objectively. If he is very friendly and talkative (more than he usually is) when around you, or if he is the opposite, shy and avoids you (when he usually isn't) then he probably likes you. Watch him watching you. Does he stare at you for a period longer than normal? If he tries to be near you and suddenly takes an interest in things you like, he likes you.
If he talks to you and acknowledges you in some way, this is a sure sign he likes you!
If he tries to make you laugh or says stuff sarcastically that he thinks is funny, again he most likely likes you.

im not trying to be rude or anything but... are you old enough? alot of people have made commitments to wait for sex till after marriage and i have too. you dont know whats going to happen. something could. its just that even though i dont know you i am worried about you. you could get pregnant. condoms arent even that protective but i havent used one but so far i have seen them work. i just want you to ask yourself these questions before you get yourself into trouble. please dont get mad reading this but are you ready? its your desicion. no one can stop someone from making their own decisions and that includes me. but if your ready for the experience i say go for it.

i dont think your friendship would end over that. if your best friends with oneanother and it is you guys have a strong bond nothing will happen. he will just have to understand that you just like him as a brother and nothing more. or you can tell him that you feel the same way and just explain to him that your not ready for a boyfriend right now. you want to concentrate on your responsibilities and work and everything thats going on and he should understand that you want to take care of your responsibilities. nothing will happen to your friendship though. if he does he may be like a little shy to talk to you for turning him down. i would be afraid. he will just have to understand and get the picture. you'll be ok. i wish u luck!!
