You could do something fun like maybe a movie, dinner.
If you want to get him something you could always get gift cards, nor hope this don't sound weird but someone mentioned once that going to build-a-bear and putting your voice in the teddy bear. Maybe something like "Happy anniversary, I love you" something cute like that.

I know this is nothing serious but my curioustiy has gotten the best of me. So here it goes. I bruised my thigh badly about a month again. After that, a knot developed, and it is still there, not seeming to improve. Could it be something serious? Or is it just because I hit my thigh extrememly hard? I'm not a doctor but maybe when you banged you're thigh you bruised it so badly that you may have developed a blot clot. I'm sure it's nothing serious but if it's still as bad as you say after a month maybe you should see a doctor.

I really feel like I have no direction in life anymore.
17/f. Basically spent three and a half years of high school screwing around, didn't care enough to pass. Was send to a continuation school, worked my butt off, graduated with a semester 4.0, but my cumulative GPA is still a 1.3. There's obviously no way I could get into a college (even the community college in my town is competitive).
I'm so sad and jealous of all my friends who are in college. I don't feel like I'm good at anything. According to all those tests (like the school kind), I'm "gifted" but I feel stupid and like I'll fail, no matter what I do.
I had a retail job, but I quit because I thought I was going to get fired. Now I can't find a job- I've applied literally everywhere I can find, made followup calls, but nothing.
My living situation isn't making me happy, either. My mom is mentally ill and emotionally abusive but I can't afford to live with anyone else. (My dad won't have me.)
I just feel so directionless, I don't know where to go from here. The only thing that makes me happy is my boyfriend, but I don't even deserve him. I have no motivation and don't know what the hell to do. My 18th birthday is in two months, I'm getting kicked out. I guess what I'm asking is how do I deal, grow up, become independent and get out of this depression? (link)

I know this may not be what you want to hear... but with the employment issues these days why don't you try a Temp Agency? They are an Agency that helps people find temporary jobs and if the people like you they might hire you.

There could be a chance of pregnancy if you've had sex, If you are on a birth control then you should be on the safe side but you can take a test to be sure. For a more effective result it's best to wait 2 weeks after the time you've had sex. The brownish goo, Could be a bacterical infection, Yeast Infection, Discharge or yet to be something eles. Periods vary from time to time some people get them on the same day every month but sometimes a period can come a few days early or even a few days later. If it's late such as a week late then perhaps you should take a pregnancy test or see a doctor. Don't worry yourself so much, It will only stress you out. If you are still exspeirencing the brownish goo I would recommend making an appointment with the doctor.

I have this bestfriend who I absolutely love to death. She's 14 years old. She started smoking at 13 and she won't stop. She will seriously do just about anything for ciggarettes. She smokes sooo much. She's always coughing, I told her that it's slowly killing her but she won't listen! She gets persuaded so easily. I'm afraid that next it's gonna be drugs. She hasn't had sex before, But she's done everything but that! And i'm afraid that soon she's gonna take the next step. She always sneaks around with guys who are WAAY older then her to the point where it's illegal. She also cuts for stupid reasons. Her parents know that she does and they didn't really do anything about it when they found out. The last time she cut herself was because her boyfriend didn't text her. It's ridiculous. How do I help lead my friend in the right direction? She's going down the wrong path and it's killing me.

If you're friends parents aren't willing to listen then it's time to comfront an adult who will. Try talking to the school councelors, Call a hotline, or comfront another one of her family members. It sounds like she is heading for a dark road and making choices that could cost her a life, or future jail time.

Sex headaches can affect anyone. But they're more common in men and people who are prone to migraines. Sex headaches may be more likely if you're tired, stressed or have sex multiple times in rapid succession.
When to seek medical advice
Sex headaches aren't usually a cause for concern. But it's a good idea to consult your doctor if you experience headaches during sexual activity — especially if it's your first headache of this type. Sex headaches may indicate a serious underlying problem, such as bleeding in the brain or stroke.
Screening and diagnosis
Your doctor may recommend a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exam to detect any underlying causes for your headache. During the exam, a magnetic field and radio waves are used to create cross-sectional images of the structures within your brain.
In other cases, a computed tomography (CT) scan of your brain may be done. Computerized tomography uses an X-ray unit that rotates around your body and a computer to create cross-sectional images (like slices) of your brain and head.
Sometimes a spinal tap (lumbar puncture) is needed as well — especially if the headache appeared suddenly. With this procedure, the doctor removes a small amount of the fluid that surrounds your brain and spinal cord. The fluid sample can be tested for protein, white blood cells and other substances.
Complications
Sex headaches aren't associated with any physical complications. But fear of recurrent headaches may turn into a fear of having sex, which can affect intimate relationships and how you feel about sex.
Treatment
Sex headaches often disappear on their own. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin or ibuprofen may help ease the pain of a lingering headache.
If you have a history of sex headaches, your doctor may recommend preventive therapy before sex. Sometimes aspirin or ibuprofen is enough. In other cases, medications such as propranolol (Inderal, others) or indomethacin (Indocin, others) may be an option.
Prevention
Sometimes sex headaches can be prevented by stopping sexual activity before orgasm. Slowing down the pace and relaxing neck and jaw muscles during sexual activity may help, too.

I have a best friend which is a male while I am a female. We used to hang out alot in the past by going for movie, have lunch/dinner together and doing all sorts of crazy things until late midnight. We are so close till he will care for me when I am sick/sad and he usually shares his problem with me, and vice versa. We used to sms till late midnight too when we need someone to keep as companian when we're bored. Things had changed recently when he told me that he has a girlfriend. I was happy for him to get into a relationship but on the other hand, I was sad because I know things will not be the same anymore as it used to be. I know we won't do all these crazy things like we used to do before he got into a relationship. Somehow, I felt that he has forgotten me and he doesn't seem to care about me anymore now. Whenever I sms him, he replies very short as though he doesn't want to sms with me, giving me all sorts of reasons to avoid me (eg: phone low battery, busy) and there is no word of concern from him anymore. Last time when he was busy, he will definetely get back to me when he is free. I am very sad over this issue as I do not know how to handle this. I thought of forgetting him as my best friend and move on, but its difficult to do it. I have known him for about nearly 8 years now. What should I do? I really need an advice to overcome this problem and I always think of how boring my life will be without my best friend. I don't think you should move on and forget you're best friend unless he is giving a damned good reason to do so. If you like him and have feelings for him maybe you should be upfront and tell him how you feel. If you miss him as a friend and just feel abandoned maybe you should call him and exsplain to him that you understand he has a girlfriend now and he's in a relationship but you miss the old times that you two used to spend hanging out together.

I am fed up and bored with my look. Try changing the look around a little bit, Maybe a cool haircut. Like Layers, Choppy, or even buy a curling iron and try curling your hair, Try a new hair style like maybe braiding it, wear it up, Do something unique. Try some different types of earrings then what you normally wear you can buy some cheap ones at Walmart for about 4 dollars. You could also try buying some cool shirts when you do have the money. Go with what you like ;)

So I moved to Minnesota to live with a family friend while I finish up my senior year. Well the people I live with consist of A mom and her son. Her son is 19 almost 20 and he does absolutely nothing with his life. He dropped out of school his senior year and ever since that hes been wasting away at the computer. He won't find a job because hes never actually faced reality before, hes scared to even talk to a stranger on the phone. His mom doesn' know what to do shes never really forced him to do anything and now its to a point where she can't now if she tried. He throws fits and gets angry at her easily. He doesn't really have any friends anymore and hes beginning to show signs of severe depression by staying up in his room all day long in the dark playing a video game, and he doesn't enjoy things he used to love to do anymore like skateboarding. Hes threaten to kill himself in certain situations and thats another reason why his mom is scared to do something major about it. Hes not able to make it on his own, he won't go out anymore Neither of us just don't know what to do. (link)

It sounds like he needs to see a therapist. I was in a simular situation before. However, He needs to realize that if something ever happened to his parents how is he going to support himself? Where is he going to go? he needs to step away from the video games and the computer and face reality. Whether he is scared or not we all have to do it. The first step is to go out and find a job. If he is unable to do these things because his depression is so bad then I would suggest talking to his mother about getting him into a hospital.

Nothing to be getting upset over, It could be a number of things.. he could of ripped the hymen which if he did don't panic it will heal in time. I would suggest trying some lubricant. If the bleeding still continues please see a doctor

Sorry about the length. I'm so mad. I feel like i'm trapped in my house. My dad grounded me for 6weeks when i didn't do anything!! I have to get out of this house, i'm constantly crying and when i do something i feel like i'm gonna scream, i'm constantly hittin/kicking the walls to release my anger. I don't know what to do. My mom is being a bitch too. ANd i'm not going to go to my brother or sister. Should i start to go to a theripest? Try sitting down talking to your parents about what is bothering you. Don't hold it all in, The more you do the more you build up anger and then suddenly exsplode. If you think you need to see a therapist then maybe that would be the best thing for you. Talk to your parents and let them know that you think you need to see one. Exsplain to them how you are feeling, what is on your mind maybe talk to your father about possibly doing chores around the house instead of having him ground you 6 weeks to the house. Communication is the key.
