Is Anger Management for pysical anger only or mentally? Because I'm angry and furious all the time but I don't hit things or yell at all, I just keep it all in and I want to take Anger Management classes to help me with it cuz holding it all in gives me a head ache and I can't sleep.
It's for both, I was the same as you, and then I went to an Anger Management class & it did wonders for me. It told me the reasons for my anger, what I should do when I am angry, and things to prevent it.

so, theres this guy he is sooo cute, funny, nice and just perfect. the thing is hes realllllly short and im pretty tall. i dont know what the matter is..i find myself completly loving him but i have this feeling if i ask him out he will be imtaimadated (or however u spell it) by my height.

Ok, to make this really short, I'm becoming the third wheel in my frienship. My best friend recently started dating one of our other guy friends. We used to all hang out, us a other people too, but now its just me, her and her boyfriend and I feel as though I'm becoming the third wheel. What can I do about this?
-Take another person with you.
-Talk to your friend.
-Don't hang with them when they're together because they may need some alone time.

ok so christmas is in three days and i just found out the kid i have been crushing on for almost forever got me an expensive gift and i already know its true because he told me himself! i mean why would you lie about something that big knowing the person is going to be expecting it !?!? well i was thinking about getting him cologne but i really dont know which brand is good or what he likes i dont want to get him something he already has !! plus im a budget anything 50 down would be good

What I think is, JUST YOU TWO, should just hang out, over his house, or somewhere else where your sister wouldn't be. And then, when you're together,when you don't have anything better to say be like, so who do you like? and then ask him if he likes you-or who he likes, for that matter. [sounds juvenile but it works!] .
or if you prefer, if you have AIM & he does too, or text messaging, whatever, ask him the same thing and see what he says.

i want to loose weight what is the best diet?
personally, i wouldnt go on a "diet" persay. what i'd do is make SURE you eat breakfast every morning, lunch in the afternoon, and dinner at night. DONT skip any meals, this may cause you to gain more weight, contrary to belief. Skip the junk foods and replace them with fruit. And, last but not least, ECERISE!

I was on Abercrombie's website and I was looking at their jeans and mostly all of them had sizes "11R" "11S" "11L". What do the letters at the end of each size mean?
R means regular .. S means short.. and L means large.

I have a feeling I could be pregnant to my ex boyfriend. He left me for his previous ex-girlfriend about 2 weeks ago. I don't know if I should tell him, and I don't know what to say if I did. I would want him to come back to me if I was pregnant and help me out with the baby and all since it would be his but I understand if he doesn't. I wouldn't want to put him in that situation.
I just don't know what to do and I don't know what his reaction would be.
Can someone help me out?
First, find out if you really are pregnant. And, if you are, if it really is his kid. You don't want to make a silly mistake. However, if you are pregnant & it is his, you have to tell him, especially if you want help with the kid. If you are indeed pregnant, he shouldn't respond in a foolish way. It was both of your idea to "fool around," so nobody is really at fault here.

Ok so I got my period kind of young, in 5th grade. Now im in 6th grade and even though i know more and more girls are starting to get it, im still reallly scared to tell anyone. Well obvilusly (sp?) like anyone else i dont want leaks. but the problem is since i am young i cant put in a very large tampon, so some blood always gets on my underware. I've tried wearing pads with my tampon but it feels so uncomfortable. What should i do? Thanxxx in advance
haha i had the same problem. don't worry about it! i wear pads, and although they're super thick, you don't get any leaks. it's great, lol. if you don't want anyone to know just don't tell them. Anywho, in my opinion, pads are wayy better than tampons 'cause you don't have to worry about them being in for too long and giving you Toxic Shock Syndrome. Even though you might feel like you're wearing a diaper, you just place the pad in your underwear unlike having to insert the tampon all the way "up there." lol.

Christmas is coming up, and I recently asked for a Motorola Razr V3. I'm new to this kind of phone, I have only had phones for a year (but really good using them) and only sticking to Nokia Phones (the standards, my dad is nuts!).

Those things are really cool 8-). Anyways, I heard they're about $33 + shipping, tax, and all that jazz. So what I would do is maybe buy her clothes? A CD? Something that costs about $30. And, if you can't afford it now, just get her something after Christmas with the money that you get for presents.

2 days ago after school, i decided to do my homework on the desk right on the computer.(our computer is on a desk thing so you can write on the desk) well on the computer i had absolutatly NOTHING up. no internet, aim, email, AOL, NOTHING related to the internet. i also had the volume up on the computer. well while i was doing my homework, out of no where this man's face pops up on my computer screen. i swear it scared me like hell. i was sick to my stomach. i swear i felt like the face was staring at me or something. i really have no clue how this guy's face popped up.. and im still scared today. can anyone please tell me what the hell this was?? THANK YOU A LOT.

No, there's nothing wrong with this. In fact, someone I know just got dumped like 2 days ago and she already likes someone. In my opinion, and I'm sure others would agree, that it doesn't really matter how long it's been-all you have to face is that it's over. But, the thing is, I wouldn't already jump into a relationship. Wait a little while for that, and see what happens. =)
