running to stay in shape or burn fat, should you run every day or every other day?? or should you group days like 2 days, skip a day, run 2 days, etc.

The more fit you want to be, the more you should run! (ESPECIALLY with the holidays, many people eat more during this time.)

I suggest that the more you excercise and run the better in shape you are,and can prevent you from many different sickness and diseases. ]
you should run everyday =] it will feel better and its more likely to be a routine =] Hope i helped ]
Well i am a runner so i think this is a good question to answer :)
You should run everyday pretty much if you skip it wont feel right and you will hurt like every other day. But one day you can skip is Sunday! You'll burn the most fat running everyday at a good pace. ]
