Anger Management

Question Posted Thursday December 21 2006, 8:25 pm

Is Anger Management for pysical anger only or mentally? Because I'm angry and furious all the time but I don't hit things or yell at all, I just keep it all in and I want to take Anger Management classes to help me with it cuz holding it all in gives me a head ache and I can't sleep.

It's for both, I was the same as you, and then I went to an Anger Management class & it did wonders for me. It told me the reasons for my anger, what I should do when I am angry, and things to prevent it.

Hope I helped, Good Luck, Happy Holidays!

I believe it is for both. Mental and physical, they're both anger. Anger management isn't about how you're angry, it's more about dealing with stressors, and figuring out what's frustrating you in life. Going to a psychologist/therapist would help equally if you prefer that.

I don't think you need to go to Anger Management. It's mostly for people who get physically angry, and start hitting stuff/people. I would suggest that you see a therapist, or you could go to a counselor. Hope I helped =]

hey, im not sure that anger management would be for you. anger managaement is usually for people who hit objects or even other people. it sounds to me like you should try going to counseling.
