Is Anger Management for pysical anger only or mentally? Because I'm angry and furious all the time but I don't hit things or yell at all, I just keep it all in and I want to take Anger Management classes to help me with it cuz holding it all in gives me a head ache and I can't sleep.

Anger management isn't about how you're angry, it's more about dealing with stressors, and figuring out what's frustrating you in life. Going to a psychologist/therapist would help equally if you prefer that. [ fish34's advice column | Ask fish34 A Question ]

I would suggest that you see a therapist, or you could go to a counselor. Hope I helped =] [ snickerzz11's advice column | Ask snickerzz11 A Question ]
