vivalajam0x answered Thursday December 21 2006, 6:16 pm: personally, i wouldnt go on a "diet" persay. what i'd do is make SURE you eat breakfast every morning, lunch in the afternoon, and dinner at night. DONT skip any meals, this may cause you to gain more weight, contrary to belief. Skip the junk foods and replace them with fruit. And, last but not least, ECERISE!

Those will only help you lose weight temporarily and you'll gain it all back. Maybe more. Believe me. I know what I'm talking about. I suggest something like the Atkins if you want to lose weight fast. The Atkins is when you dont eat carbs like bread or fruit of any kind. You can still have eggs and steak or even hamburger.
