My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Ok this is a serious question and please don't delete it! Ok I've been bestfriends with my bestfriend Katie for over 6 or 7 years or something like that. Ok well the problem is recently like around newyears she got back together with her X boyfriend who used to hit me and say bad things to me and stuff. I really did think everything changed. UNtil the other day it got real serious and we got into an actual fist fight! and I know this isn't right. I just don't know what to do. The other day I started crien and walked away. I don't know what I should do. I don't want to loose my bestfreind because we already had a seperation because of this. This is getting really serious and Im afraid if I don't do something about this I will get hurt not only physically..emotionally to..

i live in a two family apartment and my aunt lives in the room below me and she got a new boy friend and every night and day all i hear is them screamin and mooanin and the bed squeeking they have already broke 2 beds and are buying another and i hate both of them i only my baby cousin grey i feel bad for him i want to adopt him but im only 14 but im his god mother i guess that counts what can i do about both problems?

wait ... you wanna adopt him jus cuz your aunt and her boyfriend have sex every night? right? well i dont think its such a good idea about the adopting thing but maybe you can take your lil cousin to sleep in your room insted with them for a lil while and tell your aunt not to do it as much! l0l x0

Hiya.
I fractured my ribs a little over a year ago (and on two other occasions before that) and, before they were properly healed, I was made to swim by my P.E. teacher. They still hurt occasionally - do you think it's connected to the swimming, or just to having had rib problems in the past? And what can I do about it? Should I see a doctor? Has anyone who has injured their ribs had these problems?
(The pain is just like a pulled muscle, if that helps)

I somehow got my bfs friends number in my phonebook. His friend texted me saying "i need to tell u something" so i told my bf i found something that i didnt want to knw. then i went to work n my bf calls n tells me he cheated on me. i go home, call him n he tells me he wont do it again, he wants to be w me, he wants a straight forward relationship. so I gave him a second chance was that wrong?He cheated on me w a girl he supposable hates, they went out b4 n she cheated on him, she hates his best friend. First he said he did it bc he didnt want to hurt her feelings then he said bc hes stupid then he said bc it just happened then finally tells me the truth bc he wants to get laid.

im sry but i dont think he deserved another chance! i read in a magazine about the cheating thing and it was written by a dude and it says:

Any guy who cheats is saying he doesnt care about you or the realationship. Do you really want to be with a guy who has no self-control or respect for you? ( Even if you really like him, staying with a cheater will only make you feel like a loser.) So, keeps this one simple rule: If he cheats on you, dump him.

Aright well im 14/f and me and my b/f have been together for almost a year...and he hasn't tried anything, I mean im not waiting for him to do something with me...but is it weird that he hasn't tried anything after almost a year or does it just mean that he really loves me? Like he's always all over me and touching me, but whenever im around me friends they just keep on askin me "have you guys done it yet?" and ill just be like "no" cause we havn't. And sometimes they just end up saying that he's stupid to not try doing it with me (i don't think that) and that they expect us to do it now that we've been together for almost a year! So I need to know does he really love me or is it just weird?

I have been having a hard time lately and I feel a bit depressed. I have a person that I admire and we are real close friends but I just am not sure whether or not to talk to her. She is the same age as my mother (54) and has a son that is my age also,(14) I just feel silly going to her and talking. But really, is it silly? She is the only person I trust with my feelings and the things I am having problems with, Advicenators could not help with.
She has told me I can call anytime I have problems but I guess I don't want her son to know that I call his mother. (He use to be my crush....Long time ago....idiot now.) I also feel that she has enough things on her mind, such as, her work (she and her husband own a whole bunch of gas stations in and around WA state. Her 4 other sons also are in the buisiness.) and her family.

Should I just call her and talk? would I be a annoyance?

Hollister or Abercrombie & Fitch .. you can do this at home and its pretty easy just take a sharp pair of scissors and make a cut and rip it with ur hands or you can take like a rock or something with sharp edges and do it with that! x0

I've had this really cool outfit I have planned, and it includes a skirt I bought last spring. Now I'm just wondering if the skirt is still in style? It's a jean skirt with the ruffles, the creases in them, you know? Or are those crease/ruffles out of style and should I buy a new skirt to wear with my shirt and shoes? Thanks for the help!
