i have brown eyes to. i use deep colors, like dark blues, browns, purples, and greens as eyeshadowd. also, use an eye lash curler before and after you put on mascara. and brown eyeliner. Id probably use brown mascara. if its at night, you could probably get away with the kind of mascara that comes with two. one is white and one is brown. and theyre both in the same stick but on different edges. use the white, then the eyelash curler, then the color. also to mix it up you could use green mascara or aqua. thats always fun! Dark blue eyeliner/mascara looks very good. Xo

Q: im a 16 yr old female, 5'7 and about 120-125 lbs depending on what day it is lol. im slender built i guess but im pear shaped and id like to tone up before summer and especially around my stomach/legs and maybe lose some weight in there. if i do 200-400 crunches a night about how quick will i see results? and what are some good leg exercises besides lunges and squats? i was told not to do too much cardio because i dont need to lose a lot of weight so ill only do that a few times a week maybe. the last season i played soccer [8th grade.. im now in 10th] that really got me in shape and i was down to about 115 lbs and everyone said how good i looked [i didnt look anorexic or anything trust me] so id like to look like that again. any suggestions?

Every weekend, head down to the beach and run around. Its almost as easy to run on sand but since when you push off, the sand gives below you, you need to pick up your legs more and so it gets you super toned, super fast. you could drag your friends over and play beach football or beach volleyball. or, if you have a dog, running around with your dog can be great motivation and great excersize. if you dont have a dog, you could borrow a friends. eat a healthy breakfast every morning. stay away from jusk foods and heavy sauces. dont eat anything after 6 or 7 o'clock at night. a few good excersizes to do would be
1. try putting a pillow between your knees and squeeze them together really hard 20 times fast. you can do it without the pillow to.
2. lie doun on your side with your bottom leg bent (ex. if your on your left side the left leg is bent) and lift up your top leg 20 times. then switch sides.
3. for your stomach, try keeping it sucked in all the time. jsut not when your hungry or youll be even hungrier! lol but u get used to it and it gives you muscle tone

if you dont think its true true love, i would try to not like him. friends are 4 ever, boyz just break your heart. you could try to tell your friend you like him, and if you dont think shell be okay with it maybe shes not such a good friend. if you like him so much you cant live without him, forget your friend, and go for it! True love lasts forever, and if you think it will last longer then your friendship, go for it! just dont gush to your friend about adorable things he does, because shes going to be jelous already. when your with her dont talk about him, and dont ditch her for him. lemme know how it works out!

Q: Iam 17 years old and i tried smoking a few weeks ago with my cousin who is 36 years old i told her that i wanted to try and she let me if i promised never to do it again and i promised her i wouldn't so she let me smoke and for some reason it keeps coming up in the converstion or somebody else brings ciggerates up every since i've tried it and that's never happened before.
I'll give you some examels my cousins and i was playing a game it was called truth they asked you questons and you had to answer them and truthfully and my cousins boyfriend asked me if i ever tried smoking and i was like ummmm.......yeah i have.
Another examele is that my cousin traci who is 15 keeps telling everybody that i tried smoking when she smokes herself and shes only 15 and she's been smoking ever since she was 11.
Another example is my cousin traci was smoking a ciggerate and she offered me one and i said no thanks i promised chelle i wouldn't smoke again and i was sitting right beside her so some smoke got in my hair so when my cousin came home she thought i was smoking becouse my hair smelled like it so she thought i was smoking even though i told her that i wasn't.
there's onc more example at school today my teacher was teaching us about smoking at school and what it can do to you and she dosn't even know that i tried it what should i do please help me.

Your family is saying these because they know youve smoked. i think the teacher is only a coincidence, but i think everything happens for a reason. maybe the teacher teaching you the consequences of smoking is a sign to you, not to smoke again. ur family should trust you, but smoking can be tempting, and your cousin probably knows how tempying things can be. she probably trusts you, but shes worried about you, and shes probably seen friends of hers give into smoking or somthing, and getting into trouble

Q: I asked a question regarding a married couple that I'm friends with a couple of months ago. I know the wife had cheated on the husband. Since, I've remained silent about the situation and vowed not to be in a position to witness that again. Well, the wife made a new friend recently and the girl has practically moved her & her two kids in with the couple & their 3 children. Anyways, his little girl pulled me aside after church last night wanting to talk to me and she was upset because the girl and her kids had practically moved in and taken over her bedroom. The couple's two boys are having to share a bed, and the friend is sleeping in the bed with the husband and wife. A friend of mine saw the friend & the husband at the grocery store the day before yesterday grocery shopping together. I thought this was odd. Anyways, I called the wife last night and she was crying and upset and wouldn't talk about it. I called thsi morning to check on her and she told me her husband left her last night and come back really late. I don't know what to do. I'm torn as to whether or not I should call and check on him or not because I spoke to him last night and he never mentioned anything about it. I'm friends with both of them. I've tried comforting her, but she still doesn't want to talk about it. I don't even know why they've split up.
Should I call him and try and talk to him or stay out of it and let them reach out to me when they want to?

i have asked plenty of guys out in the past, but they all turned me down. i'm surely not ugly. i'm skinny (average skinny) and i look pretty anyway without make-up. and i have really pretty hair too. and i have a lot of friends and a lot of people have told me i have a great personality.
the thing is, i'm tired of being turned down. i want a guy (that i like) ask me out. and i'm actually not very picky about the guys i like. don't get me wrong, guys notice me when i pass them, i just don't know why they're so afaid to ask me out.

most boys have low self esteem and are intimaded easily. theyre probably a little scared to ask you out if your really pretty and are always wit your friends. asking a lot of people out would make you look desperate, so i think you should stop that. boys like confidant girls. if you have so many friends, concentrate on that! you dont need a guy, that take up most of your time and they brake your heart. if you hang in there a little longer, not seeming intrested in anyone (stopping flirting and asking them out) then im sure the right guy will notice you and ask you out after hes sure your not desperate. not being picky is okay, but it means your settling for less. if you like all these guys the same, then after you brake up with one of them youll go out with another one and youll seem like a slut. so wait for the one who you like more then all the other guys, and then flirt with him but make sure its after a while so that he dosent think hes just another boy your after. sorry for being so harsh good luck!

girly girl has different sides. theres the pink girly girl (OMG i broke a nail!!) wich is me. or theres the rocker girly girl, who is like gothis but like hot. so pink girly girl, id wear tight jeans or a super short mini skirt. then id get an off-the-shoulder top or a pink V neck sweater (abrocombie, American Eagle, Arepostle, Forever 21, stores like that) and big sun glasses from old navy or planet funk and heels. long earrings from ICING or Forever 21. an anklet wood b good. a string handmade 1 wood b cute. now for your hair. this is serously the most important part because if you dont have oily hair, and your not going anywhere the day before, its best you do this 48 hours before. if not, try 24 hours be 4 and if you have serously oily hair or you have a life, you can do it like 2 hours before. okay take a shower, wash your hair, and as soon as you get out, part it to the side but in the back part it to the side. dont squeeze the water out. put mouse in it and braid it super tight.spray it with hair spray. blow dry it if your going an hour after and b sure its completely dry before you take it out. if your leaving it for a day just let it be. when its time for the party/wherevr your going, take it out of the braids. rub pomade in it and flip it upside down shake it out and spray it with shinning spray and put smoothing serum in it. spray your hair and your clothes and all of you with Pink Sugar purfume (available at sephora) and use your sunglasses as a headband because theres no sun. keep the makeup flirty and nautral with light pink blush and eyeshadow and lipgloss. use an eyelash curler and brown eyeliner and mascara.

It started out in a regular car, and someone [I don`t know who] was driving it. My brother was in the passanger, and my friend and I were sitting in the back. The music was blasting and we were all having a good time. Then all of a sudden the driver dropped us off at Petco [lol weird, right?], and he ran in to get something. well my brother dissapeared and my crush turned up. we were there waiting for the guy to come back to bring us somewhere, and we were showing a lot of affection for each other, and he was hugging me from behind & all that stuff. Well the guy came back and my brother showed up out of no where and once my brother showed up, me & my crush barely looked at each other.
