there isnt a specific age. just whenever you feel its neccessary. (most girls start when they start HS.)

So I kind of have this crush on a guy who is too old for me. And is totally off-limits. He is actually my soccer coach. He totally flirts with me though, and we have a weird connection. well, it would be helpful if i knew both of your ages, but if you say he's off-limits, he's off-limits. this is a problem with most girls. (in love with older men they think are hot and have connections with, especially soccer players, because who can resist them?) anyways, if the two of you are more then 3 years apart, i would say forget about it. dont forget about him, but forget about having a serious relationship with him. start out as friends. invite him to maybe hang out with you (and even some others if you want) then see where it goes from there. eventually true feelings will come out. tell him you have some feelings for him, and see where it goes from there. you might end up as good friends, or he might like you back. = ) im sorry if this wasnt too much help, but im always here for you if you need anything.

take 3 advil. (no more then that) then just relax. take a hot bath, lay down, take a nap. it should help a lot. feel better!

your on your own time and can work on school whenever you want to. (most schools give you longer time to finish the whole year then the kids in school, but since you want to graduate early it wont matter.) a counselor will set you up in the beginning with the whole thing, and show you how to use the program, then you are basically on your own. there is no big projects or anything you need to do. there are tests, (but if you have notes, you can just go ahead and use them.) its really easy. go for it! if you have any other questions leave one in my inbox. = )

i have really sweaty hands. it is super embarrasing! i don't even need to be doing anything, i just automatically get it. i can't hold hands with anyone, or by chance, even touch them because it's super gross! i don't want to go to the doctor or anything, but does anyone have any ideas? thanks!!

its called hyperhydrosis. there is medicine you can put on your hands every night and it will go away. most of the time you dont have to go into the doctor to get the med, you can ask your parents to call your doctor and tell him/her that you have it and you need medication and they'll just prescribe it to you.

okay i decided to shave 'down there' instead of trimming it and now i have little red bumps down there. how can i get rid of them and if i shave down there again are they going to come back?

its normal for the first time. for next time, get a brand new razor (dull ones cause the bumps) and make sure you add lots and lots of body wash. they'll go away somewhere around the 3rd time.

I really like this guy and i told him like a month ago and he asked me out but then he said he was pressured to by his friends and he didn't really like me and I was too good for him. so i tried to stop liking him and this person asked me out that i liked and so i went out with him thinking that i like that person when i realized i didn't i broke up with him but i still like the first person. what do i do! do i tell him i like him or not or do i just need to give up help me please!!

i know its going to be really hard, but you need to let go of the first boy. he obviously was rude to you, and there are so many better guys out there that will treat you well. dont fall for some jerk who doesnt have the same feelings as you do for them. do whatever you can to take your mind off him, and just try to go out and meet new people. i think once you start realizing there are better guys then him, he'll be out of here and you'll have nothing to worry about.

p.s. its very normal when your trying to forget to be, you know, thinking about him and still having feelings for him. just try to get over it. im here for you if you need me!

Is there any way of making your breasts smaller? Mine are pretty big and it makes me uncomfortable. Thanks.

a sports bra will make them look much smaller then normal. dont wear any padded bras or wired ones either. it will only had more lift and make them look bigger. also avoid really low cut and tight shirts.

I have choir pictures tomorrow and I don't know how to do my hair. I have dark brown hair that goes like 4 inches under my shoulders and it's kind of layered and naturally pin straight. Should I curl it or just leave it straight or what? pictures would be nice but if not then that's alright! thanks in advance!
