Logic, once again tells us no. It's impossible for pressed powder to cause freckles. Only the sun can do that.

FunnyCide answered Sunday January 29 2006, 7:18 pm:
No, pressed powder doesn't cause freckles. I use pressed powder because it's easy to carry around in the car etc. and doesn't spill everywhere. It hasn't cause freckles. It won't cause freckles. Freckles are flat tan, brown or black spots that appear over time on areas of skin that have been exposed to the sun. Freckles are common among those with lighter skin who sunburn easily. The basic cause of freckles is special cells in the skin that produce a pigment called melanin. Melanin is what gives skin its color. Sunlight hitting the skin causes the production of more melanin in order to protect the skin layers underneath. If you have melanin that builds up in one place, it will result in freckles. Sunlight also causes freckles already present to become darker.

Using pressed powder will not give you freckles.

pressed on powder doesn't cause freckles. it's actually juss substances mixed together & what not. it could cause breakouts depending on what kind you use.

-hope that helped!♥
