You're pretty vague in your question so I'm going to be vague in my answer. There is no certain, 100% dead-on way to attract anyone. Make sure you show off your strong points. Are you poetic? Are you good at the craft you're learning? Perhaps this other person isn't, so you could help them out. A "study partner" is a good thing to be.

look, i go to a british school, and next year i will have to choose my subjects for IGCSE? Think for yourself which subject would actually make an impact on your life. Would you like to be able to recite the exact date for every important decisive military battle in the last 3 millenia, or would you rather enjoy learning a few instruments and musical theory in general? Personally, I'd go for the music. Especially since I'm a DDR player. I read the screen the same way I used to read sheet music; I can divide the notes in quarters, eighths, twelfths, sixteenths, and thirty-seconds easily. My experience in band from middle school and freshman year has molded me into a drummer. I don't play much, but when I do, it sounds good.

At your age, your best bet is at a supermarket, or a resturant. Waitress would be good. They get paid very well if they provide good service. With tips, you could make up to $30-45 an HOUR.

Ok well I go to a school where there is over 3,000 people. I'm a girl and I am 15 years old. I guess I am ok looking too. And whenever there is a hot guy who likes me i talk and flirt with them. Yeah, I kinda had the same thing going on for quite a while. My girlfriends in 8th and 9th grades, I eventually just got tired of. Burned myself out, I guess. So for the rest of 9th and all of 10th, I just fooled around a bit. There were a few people I remember having "intimate relations" with that never went beyond that. I thought I was going to be like that for a very long time. And I probably would have been right, had I not met...HER.
Early in my Junior year I met the girl I still love today. So I guess it's safe to say I had never found the right one, that was all. No, you're not a ho. (Notice the spelling. There is no e. Yeah, Photobucket is the one for me. You can directly link images from there too. You can also make your album private if you want to save pictures as a backup, in case your computer goes down, but you don't want people to see them.

If you want an unusual color go for red or yellow. Yellow, especially, will give you the "cat-eye" effect. Red just looks cool (or creepy, depending on how you look at it.) Most optometrist clinics have brochures displaying different colors of contacts, including some of the more unusual ones you don't normally see. These also include contacts for people who have 20/20 vision. (I, for instance, have perfect vision, but could buy a pair that would make my yes purple, with no difference to vision.)

I never was one to believe in ESP, clairvoyance, telepathy, telekinesis, or any of that stuff. Most of the people who do, are the types who spend $2.99 a minute on a phone, or go have their palm read for massive amounts of money, to be told general knowledge they most likely already knew. However, my grandmother used to make a living out of giving psychic readings, so I guess there could possibly be some truth to it.
I'm not sure how ESP would work in theory, but I'm fairly sure it would have something to do with connecting mentally with another person. Such an act would most likely be done by doing something, say, reading someone's thoughts by somehow sensing a 'sixth sense' that someone gives off. However, I highly doubt this 'sixth sense' could be put into digital form, and sent across the country, through someone's computer, into their mind. So, you can't get a psychic reading over the internet, and I doubt it could be done over the phone either. If it is at ALL possible, it would have to be done face to face. It's kinda like sex. It doesn't work over the phone or the internet, no matter how you try to convince yourself it is the real thing.
If you were hoping to find someone nearby whom you could meet face to face to do this, you should have mentioned where you live. But anyway, I think I'll just do what most other "psychics" do. I'll make shit up. Here's your reading:

i am in love. I know it, and I can feel it. I talked to the same guy for 2 years. He lives 45 minutes away and it kills me. i see him almost every weekend, but I suffer through the week without him. No, 16 is not too young to be in love. That's how old I was when I fell in love with this girl...and she was 13 at the time. (In before someone calls me a cradle robber.) And on that note, age is no matter. I'm 2 and a half years her elder and it has made no difference to either of us.
I constantly remind her of how much I love her. (Even though we're not technically dating anymore.) It never hurts to say the words "I love you." I, too, feel alone during the week, but that cannot be helped. It only serves to make it more memorable when I do see her.
