okay i'm between the age of 16-18 and i've sort of seeing this guy (whos also in the same age range as me) for a couple of months now, things are going good in the whole 'getting to know each other' department, we have soo much fun together, BUT..theres a slight problem..i just cant conjour up enough courage to just go and kiss him, i mean we've been so close so many times, i just kinda get nervouse and sort of change the whole 'drama' but either talking or just running away coz i've 'got to go now', lol, i dunno what to do, i mean he's kinda never had a 'proper' girlfriend before and i dunno how he'll kiss..i also get majorly nervouse in public and dont think i can give him the 'first kiss' in front of a load of people, what do you reccon the best things would be todo..am i making a big mistake here??? (sorry this was soo long, i dunno who else to ask)
Anyway, what dictates a "memorable" kiss changes depending on what person you are. Your dream first kiss could be after a very successful date, right outside your front door, after he walks you to your house like a perfect gentlemen.
I, however, have a different fond memory of a first kiss.
Ok, so it wasn't just the first kiss. It was like, the first sixty kisses.
We were watching Bruce Almighty together with one of her friends, and we THOUGHT her friend had fallen asleep. We had been very close before, but not offically "dating"...but lying there, together on the floor, her snuggled up behind me, and hearing her friend snore...man, did we go at it.
And at it.
Later we found out her friend had not been asleep the whole time. That's what makes it so memorable! (Damn, I love her.)
I forgot what the question was...oh yeah. Er, as the Lo-Fidelity All Stars say, "Don't be Afraid of Love". (If you don't know who they are then you should definitely listen!) A first kiss shouldn't be planned....it just happens.
