okay nasty...
i've been working in a a really cool shop in my mall, its mostly girls that work here for some reason, i am one of them, recently we've been 'recruiting' so theres a few new staff, and one is this guy, not my type at all, plus i'm already taken'..it was all okay at the begining, and i didnt think anything of it, but its started to speculate in my mind that he might be trying to take advantage to touching me, i mean i'm pretty much buddys with all in there,and none of them touch me, not sexually but just plain his hand touching my arms and shoulders, then one day i was sitiing there just eating and he spent like 15 min in the loo, he came out asked me how i was and stuff then just before he went back to wrk he ebnd down slightly to touch my leg, i just pretended to ignore it and carry on reading, but my mind was not at all in the book, now i feel really uncomfortable around him, what do you think i should do.........?

Alert your boss with this information ASAP. This perve is sexually harassing you. If in any way you feel uncomfortable, tell your boss or someone you trust deeply. This man has absolutly NO RIGHT to be doing this to you.

Thats definatley harasment. You need to let him know even though u don't feel like u can conront him, it will be tough but he needs to know wat he is doing isn't rite. If that doesn't work you need to tell ur boss. He will understand and won't underestimate ur working abilties. Being harasseed doesn't mean it will affect how he sees u, it will mostly affect how he sees the guy.

You are way stronger than this. Dont ever ever EVER let someone touch you unless you want it. This unfourtunatly isnt sexual harrassment unless you say "Hey, stop." I know it`s hard to confront people believe me i used to have a hard time but ignore all of that. Just step up and either take his hand off your body or say, "Hey, Stop." and if he doesnt stop then its sexual harassment and u need to report it.

That is harassment, plain and simple. If you cannot talk to him yourself, go over his head and report it to his manager. If that's not an option, report it to the owner. Don't let abusive behaviour continue like that.
