What are ways to get a team to buy into a coaches offense? (link)

Hi there,
There is no secret here. Win or lose, the strategy is up to the coach unless the coach appoints a strategist on the team.
The answer is very simple and applies to all sports:
If you don't follow the coach's decision, you are benched.
If you do it again, you are kicked off the team.
No excuses.
Any coach who doesn't do this would only be setting themselves and their team up for failure.
No discipline, no win.

I am currently bidding on an old fashioned, Pentax k1000 35mm camera on ebay because I love photography and I think this camera would be great.
But the camera I am bidding on does not come with film. It is a 35mm camera but I don't know much about film cameras and i'm wondering if I could buy any brand of 35mm film? For example, Kodak, or Fujicolor. I am unsure, please get back to me as soon as possible! :) Thanks (link)

Yes, any brand of 35mm film will work in any 35mm camera.
Wouldn't be much of a standard... if it wasn't standard. ;-)

P.S. Prepare to invest all your future income in lenses if you get serious about 35mm SLR photography. It is addictive. These things should come with warning labels!

Ways to accurately heat roughly a gallon of fluid for a long period of time?
I am looking for a way to heat a gallon (5 liters) or so of fluid and maintain that temperature accurately for a week. I have been looking a laboratory spec Water Baths but are two expensive for my cause. Hoping to spend around 50 euros. Was also looking at fish tank heaters but they only heat to 34degrees Celsius. Need to heat fluid to about 50 degrees Celsius. Please help in anyway. Its for my final year project in college. Thanks. (link)

What, exactly, you are needing to heat is important. Some things can't be heated by infrared, while others need heat transferred to the liquid over a given area to avoid destabilizing effects caused by hot-spots in the heat source.
Ask the question again, and fill us is.

Does anybody know how to delete Adviceinator accounts because whenever anybody tries, they get redirected to a page and it says until further notice if you wish to delete your account "email me" but when you click on it, it's a broken link because the server hasn't hooked it up properly so there is no way to delete your account. Do i have to get a paying this site money account? Because i want to create an account when i turn 13 ( by the time this happens I'll probably have forgotten about this site-sadly.) My girlfriend lied to me about her going to the mall and going to her college! Well she was suppose to go her college to go get her books but instead she went to the mall but rele she was suppose to go to edison.. she's grounded and isn't allowed to do anything and I feel that she lied to me! But rele she didn't want me to know she went to the mall bc ishe thought I would think and accuse her of not really being grounded! And I do get mad about that, I'm trying not to think of it as a major lie bc she was telling the truth that she did have to go to college to get her books and go to the mall to return an item! She just thought it would be okay to lie to me to prevent me from getting mad and accusing her of this! If I was in her situation then I guess I would understand! The key here, and what really irritates me about the first answer given, is that a lie is a lie.
Big lies, little lies... if someone feels the need to lie to you, something is broken. Someone answering you and telling you that her lying to you is an issue on your part just boggles my mind.
The mall, and all of this is unimportant. The point is that she lied to you because she didn't want you to accuse her of lying? Hello? Anyone listening?
She feels compelled to lie to you.
Whatever the reason, this needs to get fixed, or you two aren't going to work out.
Perhaps you are an overbearing control freak and she hates being with you? If she feels that way about you, then end the relationship. If there is truth to this, then fix yourself and be healthy for the next relationship you get into.
If this is all in her head, then write her off as someone who likes to play mind games, and get out while you can.
People who lie about little things, have a tendency to use it as a license, if you let them get away with it, to lie about bigger things... since they know they can get away with it.
Gently ask her to talk this out with you. If you find out she was just lying because she felt like it, there is no future with her.
I have lived through this, and it is a constant nightmare trying to figure out what is true and what is made up. Best not to have to deal with all that needless drama, right?
Get out before you fall in love and spend the rest of your life making excuses for her bad behaviours.
If you want to try and make it work, then find out if she is interested in seeing a relationship counselor with you.
If she says no, then you should still go on your own and talk this out with a professional. If this is an issue that is all in your head, and she hasn't really been out of line (possible if you haven't told us everything here) then you are going to need help working through these things on your own before you are ready to be in ANY relationship.
No matter what you do... don't ignore the small warning signs. Sometimes those are the only warnings we get.

Sorry for the length but please still read:
My husband and I have been married 6 years. He is 36 and I am 24 so he came into the marriage with more life experience. Every year we have been married he wants to take our vacations one step further but it seems like I am always the one changing. The first year we were married we went to Daytona everything was great I felt sexy in a normal bikini and we had a good time. Then he buys me all these thong bikinis and insists I wear those when we go to Mexico, and even though I told him I was hesitant, i did. Then the next time we go to Mexico he takes us to a topless resort which I was completely against but after to many drinks and non stop urging I took my top off and hated it. The next time he books a trip, again to Mexico it is at a clothing optional swingers resort (no we are not swingers)!! I told him numerous times I was extremely uncomfortable and I was not getting nude. He loved it! He said he felt free by not having to wear clothes, and he wishes I would let loose and show my body off. Again I told him how uncomfortorable it made me and it was like he didn't hear me. He even wanted us to be intimate on the rooftop while other couples were up there (i absolutly refused). Now he is wanting to book another trip to a resort where one side is clothing optional and the other is not. I tried to talk to him about it and tell him I was not getting nude and we got into a huge argument and have barley spoken since (that was four days ago). I don't know what to do, I feel like my husbands verson of "sexy" is trashy and wrong and I don't want any part of it, but he wont stop pushing me. I really need advice. (link)

I am guessing you already know what is happening here, but you are afraid to say it out loud:
Your husband is grooming you to become a swinger.
Everything he is doing is leading up to something else, and you know it. That is probably why this feels so wrong to you.
This isn't about you being more sexual... this is about him getting you to have sex with other people, and presumably so that he can also have sex with others. Maybe he wants to watch other people have sex with you, and has no want to join in... but does that make it any better?
Being sexual with your spouse is a wonderful and joyous thing, and, frankly, if it were in the bounds of your marriage, I don't see much wrong with anything you both enjoy.
The key here is BOTH.
If you listen to nothing else I said, please hear this: This isn't something you are likely to be able to talk out on your own.
There are counselors that deal with sex addiction as well as general intimacy issues in marriage. My advice would be to see a professional about this. You should try and do this together, but if he absolutely will not go, then you are going to have to go by yourself.
There are three possibilities that jump out at me as to why this is being done:
1) He misunderstood something you said or did up to now as you showing interest in alternative sexual lifestyles.
2) He had always planned to do this, because it is normal to him, and it is what HE needs to be happy sexually.
3) He may feel that you are sexually repressed, and wants to let the genie out of the bottle.
If it is #3, that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you... it just means that his idea of a good time involves swinging, nude resorts and whatever else you haven't found out about yet... while your idea of a good time might not ever involve leaving the house.
It doesn't make you bad, or wrong for being this way... just makes you two sexually incompatible.
There is a great deal that can be worked through in therapy for this exact situation, and I suggest you get some support ASAP.
In the mean time, here is a little more advice:
Do NOT do anything else that makes you horribly uncomfortable. You will only grow to resent him more, and damage what chance there still is to fix this.

P.S. If you can, look at his past relationships and see how they ended up. If you see a pattern to all of this, then you are probably in trouble.

If it were me, I would go to the emergency room. I am guessing this is a lot worse than it was when you saw the doctor, right? No way they would have let you go home if you had all this going on then.
If you don't have anyone to take you to the doctor right away, just pick up the phone and dial 911. Tell them what is going on with you, and they will help you.
There are no doctors on this site, and a good one wouldn't diagnose you over the internet anyway, so please get immediate medical attention if you are worried for your health.
These things aren't likely to get better without help, so getting emergency help as soon as possible seems like a smart move, don't you think?
Talk with your parents. Call 911. Do something, and do it now.
