my head keeps getting tight band feelings aound it and i am very sick!
ok i have quite a few questions like 1.i have a really bad pain in by lower back i don't actually know what sort of pain it is. 2.i have been vomiting uncontrollably.3.my tempratures been sky high.3.down below hurts when i pass urine i went t the doctors and they ruled out a kidney infection. please help soon!!!!!!!!!! i am 13 yeas old.

What.. so the doctor has ruled out a kidney infection and that's it? They're not finding out what's wrong?
Get whoever takes care of you to take you to hospital to be treated there. When it comes to your health, don't mess about. Don't forget, it's such a busy time of year at the moment, so get it sorted out whilst you still can.
Noone here will be able to tell you what it is just from reading your symptoms - lots of things have the same symptoms. You need a thorough diagnosis.

If it were me, I would go to the emergency room. I am guessing this is a lot worse than it was when you saw the doctor, right? No way they would have let you go home if you had all this going on then.
If you don't have anyone to take you to the doctor right away, just pick up the phone and dial 911. Tell them what is going on with you, and they will help you.
There are no doctors on this site, and a good one wouldn't diagnose you over the internet anyway, so please get immediate medical attention if you are worried for your health.
These things aren't likely to get better without help, so getting emergency help as soon as possible seems like a smart move, don't you think?
Talk with your parents. Call 911. Do something, and do it now.
