i have known this kid for 9 years we get along great he is major cute and he liked me when we were younger but i blew it with him and now i like him...but unfortunatly he has a gf i knwo i should wait till they break up but if we go out and then break up will that jeaprodize our friendship?
If he really likes this hirl it's not fair to get between them so you should probably wait until he's single again. You have to decide what you value more, your friendship with him or a relationship with him. If you do decide to go out with him and eventually break up it may jeopradize your friendship. It depends on how the two of you feel after you've broken up, some ex's can stay friends others can't.
Anyone know any good songs that talk about letting go of someone you love but you know doesnt love you back. It can be really sad if you want. Anything but heavy metal works. I really wont a song like that for personal reasons. Thank you in advance
Bon Jovi: (It's Hard) Letting You Go lyrics
It ain't no fun lying down to sleep
And there ain't no secrets left for me to keep
I wish the stars up in the sky
Would all just call in sick
And the clouds would take the moon out
On some one-way trip
I drove all night down streets that wouldn't bend
But somehow they drove me back here once again
To the place I lost at love, and the place I lost my soul
I wish I'd just burn down this place that we called home
It would all have been so easy
If you'd only made me cry
And told me how you're leaving me
To some organ grinder's lullaby
It's hard, so hard - it's tearing out my heart
It's hard letting you go
Now the sky, it shines a different kind of blue
And the neighbor's dog don't bark like he used to
Well - me, these days
I just miss you - it's the nights that I go insane
Unless you're coming back for me
That's one thing I know that won't change
It's hard, so hard - it's tearing out my heart
It's hard letting you go
Now some tarot card shark said I'll draw you a heart
And we'll find you somebody else new
But I've made my last trip to those carnival lips
When I bet all that I had on you
It's hard, it's hard, it's hard, so hard
It's hard letting you go
It's hard, so hard, it's tearing out my heart
But it's hard letting you go
Tom Petty - Letting You Go Lyrics
I used to think that when this was all over
You might feel different 'bout me
Yeah I always knew, one day you'd come around
Now I wonder if dreams are just dreams
Chorus
Whoa oh whoa oh oh I'm having trouble
Letting you go
(Repeat Chorus)
Baby look out your window, it's raining on your summer home
You're by the fire keeping warm and dry
There's no one as honest as those in pain
Oh honey can you see me? Will you let me inside?
(Repeat Chorus)
It's a restless world, uncertain times
You said hope was getting hard to find
But time rolls on, days go by
What about the broken ones? What about the lonely ones?
Oh honey I'm having trouble letting go
It's off in the distance, somewhere up the road
There's some easy answer for the tears you've cried
And it makes me uneasy, makes me feel different
Do you get scared when you close your eyes?
okay so
1 i dated this guy for a month and a half and loved him so much
2 we boke up because my parents hated him but mostly because were 4 years apart and could get in a lot of trouble.
3 we stopped talking after the break up until 7 months later he messaged me on myspace.
4 we started talking every night and getting really close again and flirting like crazyyy and then we started hooking up and did pretty much everything but sex but were planning to
5 then we got into fight over whether he was using me which i dont think he was now that i think of it
6 after the fight we decided to be friends [ i wasny happy bout it] and about a month later he had a girlfriend
7 problem is i still love him with all my heart and hes the only guy i can ever feel comfprtable around and i can picture myself with him for life
8 what can i do besides try to get over him because ive tried getting over him and its pretty impossible should i just wait for him to break up with his gf?
thanks soooo much in advance
-ash
A four year age difference is a lot and considering you said he could get in trouble from your relationship I'm gonna ges your under 18. I know you probably don't want to hear this but have you ever heard the saying 'If you love them let them go'? Maybe thats what you sould do. It sounds like you being with him could cause a lot of problems in your future especially if your under 18. And it sounded like it didn't take him to long to find another girlfriend. You should find a guy who cares for you as much as you care for him. There will always be other guys, he won't be the last guy you love either. So maybe it's not so much getting over him than letting go and letting him live his life.
i recently came out and the girl i like is on my basketball team. weve flirted and become rele close. she doesnt know im gay but i think she gets it. i dont know if i shud tell her or shud i just keep going.
You should tell her, because even though you think she might know your gay and be flirting back she may just have platonic feelings for you. What you may consider flirting may not be on her part. You should tell her straight up especially if your really close.
I have come to the point where I cant write, concentrate, derive pleasure from anything, have difficulty remembering things, have blurred vision, eyes seriously hurt, sometimes have severe headaches, most of the time dont know what I am talking especially with my elder brother. I have nt got father and mother I live my elder brother and his wife since 6 years. I am 26/M an MBA had a successful career but now since six months things have been deteriorating. I cant bear it any more. Plz tell me the easiest way to commit suicide which hurts less and is quick and doesnt make much of a mess.
Okay I know life can be difficult but suicide is never ever the best answer to anything at all. You were given one life to live and It wasn't meant to be thrown away when things get hard. When life doesn't seem worth living anymore you may think that the only way to find relief is through suicide.
You might not believe it, but you do have other options — options to stay alive and feel better about your life. Maybe you think you've already tried them all and now you've had enough. Or maybe you think your family and friends would be better off without you.
It's OK to feel bad, but try to separate your emotions from your actions for the moment. Realize that depression, other mental disorders or long-lasting despair can distort your perceptions and impair your ability to make sound decisions. Suicidal feelings are the result of treatable illnesses. So try to act as if there are other options, even if you may not see them right now.
No, it probably won't be easy. You may not feel better overnight. Eventually, though, the sense of hopelessness can lift. You can find support, appropriate treatment and reasons for living.
so yeah there is this guy at my school. and i'm pretty sure he liked me a lot! he looked at me like he's in love. everytime his friends saw me they winked at eachother. and he smiled at me a lot 2. i admit i always ignored him cause thats just the way i am but I think THATS what made me interesting or whatever on the last day of school he smiled AGAIN.
but now since half term is over he kinda ignores me. his friends don't say anything anymore. they just walk pass me. well in the last couple of days i looked at him but i didn't smile or anything like that. i dunno whats up with him. and now i act like i don't care again cause i'm a bit ambarressed. but i really like him and i don't get him lately. it's so weird!
what is he thinking?
help?
thx
Maybe he thought you weren't interested since you always ignored him. You should go talk to him because he probably thinks you don't care.
Ok so you know the comarcial for T-Mobile's "my fav five" where the guy has the ringtone that goes "secret lovers, thats who we are"? Does anyone know who wrote that song. AND please don't say go to google because i already tried. Thanks alot!
It's cslled Secret Lovers by: Atlantic Starr. Here are the lyrics:
[ ATLANTIC STARR Lyrics ]
"Secret lovers"
Verse 1
Here we are, the two of us together,
Taking this crazy chance to be all alone,
We both know that we should not be together,
Cause if they find out it could mess up,
Both our happy homes
Verse 2
I hate to think about us not together,
As soon as I look at you it will show on my face,
Then they'll know that we've been loving each other,
We can't let'em know, girl, no, no,
We can't leave a trace.
Chorus
Secret lovers that's what we are,
We should not be together,
But we can't let go cause we love each other so.
Verse 3
Sitting at home I do nothing all day
But I think about you and hope that you're okay,
Hoping you call before anyone gets home
I wait anxiously alone by the phone.
Verse 4
How could something so wrong be so right,
I whish we didn't have to put our love out of sight,
Living two lives just ain't easy at all,
But we gotta hang on in there or fall
Chorus
Secret lovers that's what we are,
Trying so hard to hide the way we feel,
Cause we both belong to someone else,
But we can't let go cause what we feel is oh so real...
So real,
So real...
Bridge
You and me,
Are We friend,
Is this cool,
Or do we care ?
Can they tell what's in our mind ?
Or maybe we'll be secret lovers all of the time ?
Verse 5
In the middle of making love we notice the time,
We both get nervous 'cause it's way after nine,
Even though we hate it we know it's time that we go,
We gotta be careful so that no one will know.
Chorus
Secret lovers that's what we are,
Trying so hard to hide the way we feel,
Cause we both belong to someone else,
But we can't let go cause what we feel is oh so real...
So real,
So real...
You know when some girl's skirt is too short they wear this like thin but pretty pant material that seems like its for dancing but goes like to the knees under the skirt?
What's the name of it?
I heard the word legging a couple of times but i'm not sure because I want to find some.
They're leggings and you can pretty much buy them evrywhere. They have different types also.
i was talking to one of my guy friends and he said that a girl wearing her hair up is like a mohawk. that its weird and ugly in his opinion and that all girls should wear it down. is this just some guy's opinion or do a lot of guys think this way?? thanks!!
It's just one stupid guys opinion.
okay so i have a wonderful boyfriend and i know he loves me so much. i have a problem though, there's a girl in my grade who he dated freshmen year for like 10 months ( we're juniors i highschool now), then theres 3 other girls who he dated but the length he dated them ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months so no big deal. my problem is i always feel i guess awkward when i'm walking with him and one of them walks by. is this normal? i know he doesn't have feelings for them anymore but with his longest relationship i know he lost his virginity to (we haven't done it) so i'm always wondering what goes through his mind when she walks past. it's difficult and i don't know how to change the way i think about this please help!
You're never gonna know whats going through his mind unless you ask him, but before you say anything remember that he chose you. He could be with any girl but he chooses to stay with you and that alone means something, but if you really want to know whats going through his mind than ask. It's better than always wondering.
how can i fined out that is she realy a virgin, becouse in our culture,a girl should be a virgin marriage;i asked her so many times that are you realy virgin and then she said yes,but tell me in thies countries like USA or CANADA how a girl be remain virgin.
What country are you from?
In the U.S. people don't really cherishtheir virginity as much as they should. Although some choose to wait until marriage most don't. I guess you just have to respect her culture and beliefs.
If she tells you she's a virgin you should trust that she is. You should make her feel that she can be honest with you by saying that you';; love he no matter what choices she has made in the past.
i really thax for those answer..! i should talk to her about it,how should i ask her ! tell me the appropiate way which didnt hurt her./i mean to say give me a question that i can ask her by your way.i dont wanna hurt her. becouse if ask her in my way then she is realy gonna got mad,.
There's no way you can ask her that will guarentee that she won't be hurt, but just be honest. Tell her how you feel, and then ask her whats going on between her and her ex. Tell her you trust her but you've been bothered by what everyone's been saying.
ok i was reading this question somebody asked about "how can you tell if your crush likes you?" and younggrandma (thx by the way) answered it with a wikipedia link, well that link helped A LOT! and the stuff it said confirmed that my crush likes me!! I was soo happy. but what do i do now??
thx for your answers!
Talk to him, try flirting:
1) Be Open - Approach everyone you meet with a smile. Let your face show that you're interested in what people are saying. Let your natural enthusiasm shine through. Look people in the face and show them you are happy to meet them.
2) Be Honest - Nobody likes a phony. People can spot insincere praise and faked interest right away. Just being yourself is your best bet for flirting success. If you are open to others, they will be able to sense it.
3) Be Spontaneous - Don't think too hard about what you're going to say - just really listen to what the other person is saying and let yourself respond naturally. Don't worry about what might happen next - live for the moment! You might not get another chance to talk to the person! So go for it!
4) Smile - You can't hear this often enough! A smile makes you look friendly, confident and approachable. People smile at people who smile! So smile! It's contagious!
5) Make Eye Contact - When talking to a guy, make sure you have good eye contact. You don't have to stare! But don't look all around the room, either, or he'll think you're looking for someone more interesting to hang out with. Let him know with your eyes that he is the person you would most like to be talking to.
6) Listen- You have two ears and one mouth because you should listen twice as much as you speak! Listening is a true art, and the best conversationalists all have great listening skills in common. Your flirting partner will be drawn to you if you master this simple skill. Everyone loves to be listened to.
7) Ask Questions - Show you are interested in what a guy is saying by asking for more details. If he says he plays baseball, ask what position. If he mentions a movie he saw, ask him to tell you more about the story. You get the picture! Asking questions proves you have been listening, and sends the message that you find him interesting. Guys find this very flattering (wouldn't you?).
8) Use Innocent Touch - When talking to a guy, lightly touch his arm when you're making a point or laughing at something he has said. Don't overdo it, just a few times in a conversation is enough to send the message that you like him. If you have chemistry with a guy, he'll figure it out fast just from the touch of your fingertips.
9) Don't Argue - Think Jerry Seinfeld and Elaine Benes, not Mr. And Mrs. Kostanza. Playful banter is fine - it shows off your sense of humor and can help create a bond with a guy you're talking to. But don't try to show off by insisting on your point, or you'll be remembered as "don't date" material.
10) Be Confident - People are drawn to other people who have confidence. Confidence radiates like the sun - others can sense when you have it. It's all about walking with your head held high and knowing that if a guy doesn't respond to your flirting, it's his loss, not yours. Know you are a catch and you'll send that signal to others
how do you kiss a guy?
I got this off of myjellybean.com so if you have anymore questions go there:
First of all, don't worry if you are not an experienced kisser. Guys can't tell if you have kissed before. Since everyone kisses differently, you always "start from scratch" when you kiss a new person. Plus, in most cases a guy will be so thrilled that he's locking lips with you, he won't be judging the way you kiss! So never be embarrassed that you're not a kissing pro. Kissing is easy - and fun - when you know a few basic rules. Let's move onto them now...
Let's start with your kissing equipment: your lips and mouth. Keep your lips soft and kissable by applying lip balm every day. It's especially important to keep your lips moisturized in the winter months, when drier air can make them feel scaly. Don't neglect your breath either. Good breath is one of the most important ingredients in a good kiss. Keep yours fresh by brushing and flossing twice a day. Keep sugarfree mints handy in your purse or pocket, for situations when you need to freshen up fast.
When it comes to the actual kiss, keep your lips soft and gentle. Think of kissing something very tender. You can practice on the back of your hand! There are long kisses, and there are kisses made up of a whole bunch of short, gentle little kisses. Go with the flow, and let your partner take the lead if you are not sure which way the kiss is going. When you are in the middle of the kiss, concentrate on feeling the friction between your lips and his, the electricity when the surface of your lips and his match up, and how each of you are moving your lips in rhythm with each otehr. Getting out of your head and focusing totally on the physical sensation of the kiss can add some real power and sensuality to your kissing.
Keep in mind that using your tongue is not required for kissing... if you are not experienced, save the French kissing (kissing using your tongue) for later. Lots of the greatest kisses are all about the lips. When you are comfortable kissing your partner, experiment with different ways to taste and nuzzle his lips. Nibble his lower lip lightly (DON'T bite), caress his lips by brushing your lips back and forth against them, lick the outside corners of his mouth, and try using different pressures and movements to gently explore your partner's lips. Notice how good his lips feel against yours, and try different things to make them feel even better!
As for your eyes, keep them closed once you are into the kiss. You might want to keep them open until you have actual lip contact, so you don't miss and end up with a mouthful of ear. But when the kiss has started, eyes closed is the way to go. It can really help you shut out the world and focus only on the kiss. Also, kissing with your eyes open can weird out a guy, if he happens to catch you doing it. A valuable Jellybean tip: guys who kiss with their eyes open are usually thinking of something else besides you. If you catch your partner kissing with eyes wide, be careful - he might not be good boyfriend material.
That's all you really need to know about kissing... except for one more, very important reminder. ENJOY THE KISS. Staying in the moment and enjoying the experience has a lot to do with what makes a memorable kiss. The best way to kill a kiss is to dwell on how you're doing, concentrate too hard on getting the "right" kissing technique down, or let your mind wander to what your partner thinks about you. The single most important thing to remember about kissing is to BE IN THE MOMENT and enjoy the kiss for itself. This is what it's all about... the simplest and greatest of pleasures, the soft friction, the tender wetness, the heat of his face so close to yours... kissing is great. Possibly the greatest. So kiss with confidence... and have FUN!
i like this guy alot
we sit at the same lunch table, and have basically almost the same friends.
im like best friends with his best friend.
well me and the guy i like, dont really talk
he is into differnt music ect
ideas to know what to talk to him about?
Maybe you should go out as a group, with all of your friends. Go to a movie or something and then you have the topic right there and you don't have to think about something. If not maybe you can check out some of the bands or artists he likes and bring that up. Theres tons of things to talk about. Books, movies, sports, music, classes, pets....
but why i am fealing that she dont loves me and she will cheat on you one day, realy she never show up that she love me like crazy,i allways show her that i love her from my deepness of my hart she never showed up to me, i cant beleive her that if she realy loves me or not,how should i trust her>?
Some people have a hard time expressing themselves, just because she may not show it like you do that doesn't mean that she doesn't love you. However you can't break up with someone for something they didn't do just because you think it will happen in the future. Like I said trust her until she gives you a reason not to. Talk to her, and ask for the truth about her boyfriend. Maybe what the others are saying isn't true, or maybe it is. You can't know that until you tell her how you're feeling and talk to her.
-Hope I Helped & Good Luck!
well i am in love/like with this boy!! but i dont reall know if i am..cause love is so unpridictible..and stuff..and how did you feel when you were in love?? cause i cant stop thinking about him..always on my mind...always there...and just my heart beats when i am around him and stuff!!! and i care and worry about him..i dont know....you tell me...how did you feel??
When you are in love you will just know it. There is no formula or logic to love. You just feel it in your heart, your mind, and your soul. The feeling is something you can't describe but can arise at any moment, triggered by a memory, a word or a thought of that special person. The difference between a crush/infatuation and real love is that a crush is someone you may forget about during the course of a day/week/month. Someone you may think of a few moments from time-to-time that you can do fun things with such as dates, dinner, and movies. A real love is someone that you cannot live without, someone who is constantly on your mind, day in and day out. It's someone you can't wait to talk to next. Someone who you can't wait to see for whatever reason!
10 Things You Should Know About Love :
Love does not hurt. Physical and/or emotional abuse are not a part of love.
Love is not manipulative, it should not be used to get others to do what you want. You should never give in to demands based on the, "You would do it if you loved me!" tactic.
Love is an intense feeling of caring for another person. It can take many different forms (romantic, friendly, familial) but it is always about caring.
Although it is true that a big part of love is putting another person's happiness ahead of your own this never includes compromising your values or being untrue to yourself.
If somebody asks you to do something that you don't want to do in order to "prove" your love they do not love you the way you might think they do. When you love another person you don't ask them to sacrifice a part of themselves in the name of that love.
It is very easy to confuse lust for love. The true measure of romantic love is commitment and trust not physical attraction.
It is possible to feel romantic love for more than one person at a given time. Just think, if it is possible for you to love both of your parents at the same time why would it be impossible to feel romantic love for two people at once? Don't beat yourself up emotionally if you find yourself in this unhappy situation. But be sure to remain single and be open and honest with all parties about your feelings and confusion.
Sex is NOT love. Love is NOT sex. Sex can be a part of romantic love but it is never mandatory.
Romantic love can (and often does) fade. When it goes there is not always a reason. When somebody falls out of love with you it does not reflect upon your value as a person or your desirability.
Love should make you feel happy, secure and appreciated.
i love a girl we were met online and i loved her before, after hoked up i asked her did she had any b/f before, she didnt tell me, after few mounth she tol dme that she had a b/f before, and again after few mounth a 3rd person was telling me that she talks on phone with x b/f,i been told by my g/f that she was telling her x b/f that i have some one now in my life please stop calling me,and we used to talk on phone hours and hours but now a days she is out of country and she didnt even call me one time and didnt call me before going out of country, day by day i am lossing my trust on her, one day i asked her that is she is virgin or not then she told me that yes she is virgin still, but according to her activities now a days ,its counsider me that she is not a virgin and i never even kiss her yet,my mind and my hart is fighting eacher other that should i leave her or not, becosue day by day i am lossing my trust on her,but i love her so much tell me please what should i do, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. i am very upset ,,,,
I would be upset if my boyfriend were talking to his ex-girlfriend too, but If you relly love her you have to trust her until she absolutely does something to lose your trust. Until she does that have faith that she's telling the truth. Plus can you trust the people telling you she's talking to her boyfriend and saying those things? You should talk to your girlfriend, not someone else. And when you love someone you should listen to your heart not your head.
