My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Is there a way to turn off the computer without logging off of AIM? I tried hibernate & standby. Hibernate saves the desktop as is but it makes AIM sign off. And on standby, the computer blinks over and over again. Is there anything else I can try?

That happened to me but I dont know anything else. The thing I do is I just leave my AIM on and when I leave I just turn the screen off. x0

why is april 20th national pot day? kids got arrested at my school today and they had drug searches in the parking lot. i didn't know it was a "holiday" though until this past monday...what's so signifigant about the date? why is this national pot day? thanks!

Ok, i have a crush on this guy in highschool, hes a freshman...im in 7th grade. For our town, its not a big deal to do that(just letting you know.) I only met him once and it was at a show. WinMX isnt that good and its slow! The best one you can get really is Ares. You can download movies on it to and on most of the things you cant. Just go to google and search for it. x0

I have a bad attitude about school and i cant change it. I have alot of missing math assingmets, i don want to do them: they are super hard. I hate school, I would rather laze around all day...

I hate school too but you still have to do it. Just make your self belive that you can do it. Get it over with first and then do whatever else you need to. Before doing anything do your school work and dont get mad about it. If its super hard ask your mom or dad to help you with it. x0

You should defenetly tell him before its too late. Tell him how you feel and if he doesnt like you its his loss and you shouldnt worry about it. He might think that you like him but I still think you should tell him. Soon! x0

You could just go up to her and just be like I think that you might be lieng to me. I dont think she will admit that and its hard to find out if someone is lieing. Well sometimes its hard. OK. I usually have a really heavy flow. Today, blood soaked all the way through my pad, through my underwear, and through my pants!!!! I was so embarassed! Second, i feel like i smell bad during my period. What can i do to control the smell other than changing the pad frequently, because i do. Should i wear perfume?

Well I never had that happen to me but there are pads for that. Get oder free pads or tampons. The best kind is like Tampax. You could spray perfume but i dought that it will work. Take baths reguarly and just use deorderant. Use lotion and stuff so you smell good no matter what. x0

Aw! Well first of all you dont know if thats true. You dont know exacly where he went so. Why dont you just talk to him about it and tell him that someone saw him there. That person maybe lied about it. He seems to really like you so I dont think he would do that to you. Just talk to him and he wont get mad at you or anything. x0
