My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Why would you want to fight over a guy? Especilly with your 2 best friends. Dont try to win him over. You might not like my answer but its kind of silly to fight over a guy! They are your best friends! Just dont argue with them and apologize to them for whatever you did to get them mad. Maybe after they go out with him you could. Does he like you? Well if he doesnt like them and he likes you go for it. Talk to them about it tho and tell them you likes him way before and that its a stupid reason to get mad! X0`

I went out with this boy for 4 months and we broke up. He has a new girlfriend now. I don't know her, but one day she messaged me out of the blue and started asking me if I still liked him and have feelings for him. So I told her that I don't because I kinda do, but only a teeny bit. Anyway, she won't leave it alone and everyday she asks me if I want him back and blehh. What do I say to her to make her stop, cause I'm really tired of telling her that I'm not trying to steal her boyfriend.

Yea it is normal. Since he is your new boyfriend it will take you a little while so you can get more comftrable around him. It was like that for me. Later on you wont even have to worry about what you are talking about you will just keep talking. X0`

Ok I have this very disgusting habit of chewing on things. It started out innocently by chewing on my hair, pencils but now it has progressed to almost everthing. I chew on the strings on my clothes. Drinking straws, Ive chewed through a few pencils and exploded a few pens. I'm not a druggie or anything but idk why i do it. Its like a nervous habit but it is really gross..any ideas on how to stop?

There's a boy at my theatre. We're both in the same play right now but since i'm in ACT I and he's in ACT II, we don't usually have the same rehearsals. I just started liking him even though I don't know him that well. He seems really sweet and he's cute too. I would really like to known him better but I don't know what I should do. Opening night is in a week and that doesn't give me much time to befriend him. Any advice on how to strike up a conversation or get him to notice me?

okay so my hair is black and i wanted to die it brown but whichever product i tried didnt work out.. only my roots turned out medium brown and then once it gets towards my tips.. it starts to fade into black. but what am i doing wrong?

Your hair is probablly too dark. You have to bleach it first so when you dye your hair the color iwll turn out okay. If you dont want to cleach it try adding highlights first so your hair gets used to it. X0`

I like my best friends ex!!! Heres the scoop... they broke up because my best friend was confused and she cheated on him. Well now(two months later) she starts telling me she now knows what she was missing and she really did love him and she wants desperately to go with him again. Now i've been talking to him since they broke up because he needed a friend cuz he really liked her but she cheated on him.(yea i kno guys actually have feelings...well at least the good ones) and i'm starting to like him now i mean he's the perfect boyfriend he's cute, hilarious, loving, i don't know he's just soOoOo great!! the thing is that my best friend who i've been friends with for almost 11 yrs. still "loves" him i really really think she'll be so mad if he askes me out or if i ask him. That must suck.. liking your best friends ex. Seriously, I think that you should stay out of this. She really really likes him,well it seems like it. She shouldnt of cheated on him but thers nothing she can do about it now. If you go out with him your best friend will be hurt and dont do that to her. They might go out again. You never know. Dont get involved with him . She is your best friend so dont hurt her just because of a guy and expecially because he is her ex. Ok my bf and I had sex and I missed my peroid for like two weeks. And this is really nasty and srry but need help. I have acne on my face that I hate.

Go to the store and get Neutrogena! Get the scrubs and it cleans your pores. I have Clean n Clear and that works really good. Get the face wash and the scrubs, also the lotion you put on after. Wash your face every morning and night and use that face lotion. X0`

I have seen my report card since 8th grade (I'm now in 11th). Ever since my sister started high school (she's a year older than me) she started throwing away both of our report cards because she doesn't want my parents to see them. My parents did notice at first and called the schools and everything and they schools told them that they don't know what's going on because they've been sending them. So, my parents kind of forgot about it. I didn't really care about it but now I do! I have no idea how I'm doing in school. I think I'm failing half my classes but I don't actually know. I have no idea what my GPA is either (we get it in about 3 weeks but I don't know what to expect). It's completely unfair that I don't get so see my report card because my sister doesn't want my parents to see hers. I've told her before to just throw hers away and not mine but she was like "No, then they'll figure it out." I've also tried asking her to at least just let me see it and then she can throw it away. She agreed at first but then "accidentally" threw it away. She already got into the college she wanted to get in and my parents are all proud of her and whatnot so I don't get it! What else should I do? And no, I won't tell my parents about it. Other than this, my sister and I are really close so I don't want to do that to her.

That would piss me off so bad. If shes older then you just tell her to fu*ck off! Tell her to throw away her own report card not yours. You could also just go to the mail box before she does and get it. Maybe you could also tell your parents that she is throwing it away. X0`
