My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

hey im 16 next year but i dont know what to do. because i live in the uk sweet 16 parties dont happen over here, but i want to celabrate my birthday.i have no idea what to do!can anyone help me! id liek if you have had a 16th party tell me how it went adn what you did.i dotn know what present to get! i cant drive till im 17.

I have AIM downloaded to my computer. It has aways worked fine. Now whenever I click on the icon to launch aim nothing happens...? No matter how much I try restarting. Then once in a blue moon the window where you type your username and such comes up, I fell it out, and it says "connecting" and then "Aim service cannot be reached, check internet connection". The internet is working fine, only Aim isnt working. What should I do?!

I used to get that. You need to check all of your interent cabels and make sure each and everyone of them is pluged in right. Uninstal AIM and then re-install it. It should work because it did work for me. ♥

ok say you go get tested and they say you have herpes, how will they know if the herpes was from giving someone head or if it was from air borne herpes(which is when u can get it just by breathing in the air) or if it was from switching saliva. like by sharing drinks.. whats the difference.. and if u go get tested and you have herpes how can they tell which one you have..????

Yea they will know because thers only oral and genital kind of herpes. Oral usually is when you give head so if you have Herpes in your mouth then yea its probablly from that. ♥

It was my birthday and all on May 17 and that's when this guy I used to like started paying attention to me again. We would sometimes look but that would be once or twice a week. Since my birthday, I've recieved more than eight looks from this guy. Well, anyway I told myself that I should move onto another guy because I deserve love and he's not the right one to give it to me. I mean he flirts with other girls in front of my face. I also acknowledged some things that I have been in denial about. Why has he waited to now to pay me any attention? IS IT MIND GAMES? Or is he being serious. Spring Fling is tomorrow.

Somehow you need to try to find out if this guy likes you. Sometimes guys flirt with girls and they dont even relize it. I think that he does have a little crush on you. Keep making eye contact with him tho and just start talking more!! Then he might end up telling you how he feels. ♥

I dance everyday for two and a half hours and seeing as I'm so used to the routine I don't get tired that quickly.
I was sick last week and had to take a week off dancing and I did my dancing today but after an hour I was really hot and bothered, tired and had a headache.
Is it because of my week off or something else?
and if it's because of my week off is there anyway I can get back into my routine?

So, I'm in 8th grade (im a girl) and recently I geuss I have begun to be really good friends with a 5th grader (boy) (i go to a SMALL Catholic school in the middle of no where). Now I like him much more than a friend, but i dont know if it's wrong to like him more, or what i can do about it?.

ok this probally going to sound really gross or whatever but..when i shave my arm pits theres still like black dots...and my arm pits usally get really red...what should i do to get rid of the black dots and redness

When you get that its just you didnt shave it good enough. You need a better razor and shaving cream. ♥

Why are you in such a rush. When you get a boyfriend you wont really care that much. You think its so awesome and that you will feel happier but no. Trust me you will get a boyfriend. Flirt with more guys and just be outgoing. You will find yourself a guy easy because your personality seems nice so just dont worry about it. ♥

You dont have to get all white food out from your diet. Just go on a low carb diet. Those really do work! ♥

I am very close with the boy I am interested in. He comes to my house everyday. He once told me he liked me and even though I had liked him all along, I was afraid to tell him because his best friend and I have been on and off. Suddenly, he doesn't treat me like a girl anymore. He treats me more like a sister. And I wanna go back to the way things used to be. How do I make him see me more as a girl than a sister?

Uh.. you should of told him!! Well its not too late right now so just tell him how you feel. Tell him that you dont want him treating you like a sister anymore and that you want it back to how it used to be. He will completly understand and he might have feelings for you still. Ok, Finals are next week and I know I need to study but I just really don't want too.. I have good grades and I know I should take these finals as seriously as the ones last semester, but somehow I just can't...

How can I motivate myself?

Just try your best!! If you constantly think about it and how you might do bad you will. Think positive and that you can pass this. Its only for a couple of days so you can get through it. Just study for a while, about an hour a day. Not bad! If you are confident in doing well then maybe reviewing is just fine! Good luck! ♥

Okay.. well you can straighten your hair. That always looks really cute! Put it in a really messy bun and then tie a ribon in it. I always do that and its super cute. You can also curl your hair, put it half way up. You can do this. It might sound confuisng but try to follow. Tie your hair in a low ponytail. Dont make it too tight tho. Then pull the ponytail down a little not half way down but just a little. Then separate it in middle and then take your hair and put it through that circle. Thats really cute but Im not sure if you know what I mean. Anything else just leave it in my inbox. ♥

Theres this guy that i like. All his friends thinks he likes me and i think he does too. But hes real shy about it and wont admit. Well last night his friend invited us all over and a couple of my girl friends came over. The guy i like lives right up the street and they called him to come over but he never showed. Then today he was supposed to come to a party but he never showed either but his friends went. Does this mean he doesnt want to see me or what?

Dont take it so personaly. Maybe he just didnt know that you were going and if he did he would go. He could of been busy or his parents wouldnt let him go. ♥

Okay.. If you have long nails and if you break a little bit of it but not completly, then cut out a really tiny peace of a tea bag (small enough to cover the broken part of the nail) then take nail glue and glue it on the nail. Then just paint your nail and it wont even look like its broken. Also file and clean your nails more often. ♥
