Finals Ok...I know this is a really stupid question but I think I have freshmanitis...lol
Ok, Finals are next week and I know I need to study but I just really don't want too.. I have good grades and I know I should take these finals as seriously as the ones last semester, but somehow I just can't...
How can I motivate myself?

Just try your best!! If you constantly think about it and how you might do bad you will. Think positive and that you can pass this. Its only for a couple of days so you can get through it. Just study for a while, about an hour a day. Not bad! If you are confident in doing well then maybe reviewing is just fine! Good luck! ♥ ]
Get together with friends that have the same classes as you, and make some sort of game out of studying. Bet money or poker chips or something over who can get the question right first or something like that. If you make it more fun than just going over words on a study guide over and over, you want to do it more, and for me, it seems to stick in my brain better since you're really paying attention. Hope I helped! ♥ ]
you have freshman tities? ]
well if you fail the finals it can affect your grade and risk your chances of moving up to another grade you should study even though you get good grades even if it is hard even though you don't want to study you should anyway an hour a night. ]
i know how u feel i have final too and what you should do is ask your friends to hangout and study so you can still have fun and you still get to hang out with your friends. also you can order pizza so youll have have something to munch on :)

Lol...freshmanitis? I don't think being lazy is just for freshmen...it's for sophomores, juniors, seniors, and older people too! lol.
Of course you don't want to. Most of us (normal people :P) don't want to! You are the only one that can make yourself do what needs to be done. You could set up daily, weekly, and monthly goals for yourself. Pin 'em up on your mirror, etc so you see them every day.
You can make a daily schedule for yourself and follow that. For example: Finish homework before 8:00 PM so you can log on to the computer. If you don't finish by then, you can't do fun stuff.
A tip is to never make goals, schedules, etc way out of your reach. Make them so that you ARE able to accomplish them if you try. Making goals you can never accomplish will just discourage you and you'll never get anything done.
Pull out your grades and take a look. If you haven't been doing too well, that'll motivate you to work harder. If you've been doing alright, that'll motivate you to do even better. If you're doing excellent, that'll motivate you to keep it up.
Set up study dates with your buddies. You guys can study together and get a soda after you're done. It's productive, and fun too!
I'm sure there are plenty of other ideas to get you going. You'll just have to think of them yourself. Remember that if you don't change now, you'll never change later. As you get older, it's harder to change. So start setting good habits now. Procrastinating will be even harder to deal with when you're older. Good luck on your finals and good luck with...life! ]
Duct tape your feet to your car. ]
Just make your self do what has to be done or later you'll regret it when you get an F.
Hope I helped
