don't listen to that Dr.phil guy he knows NOTHING! what you need to do is lower your eating like strictly three meals a day no snacks at all no soda juice or anything only drink water and execise daily go for a run and do sit ups..sit ups are really good for ur stomach if u want to get in shape...

I got over somebody perhaps two weeks ago and decided to move on with my life. Moving on materialized in a new matter with a friend of a friend, and we started going out. At the same time everything else in my life has been going awry, and I don't feel attracted to this person anymore. I'm extremely confused right now, but if I break up with him I'll hurt his feelings and since he's part of the circle, my friends will make me feel bad about it forever. I'm beginning to think I have no sexuality at all, and he wants to do so much stuff. I just feel like getting away from him, not that I don't like him as a person. His attempts at romance only succeed in making me sick to my stomach with self disrespect.
I just want things to be the way they were. I don't want the status of having a bf, or being in a relationship. I cannot act all happy when everything else in my life is falling down around me.

I really want to enter the NA Miss Competition in my state, but my parents are big anti-modeling and anti-cheerleading because they think it's a brainless thing that only focuses on the outside. They don't really know that this competition takes grace, poise, and intelligence to win, and it's not even focused on beauty. I really want to let them know, but they have EXTREMELY closed minds about things like that. If I mention the word "model" in front of my mother, she flips out and gives me her anti-modeling speech. My parents are from a rigid family that believes in moral values and modesty, and there is only that in this competition. How can I show them that I want to be in this competition and open their minds to it? (link)

First of all im a cheerleader youre parents are totally wrong about us it doesnt focus on the outside obviously they havent seen cheerleading lately it takes ALOT!! but to make them open their minds to it explain to her why you want to do it and what it takes and that its not based on looks!

I know alot of people answered but another one couldn't hurt.. Sex is a big deal because 1.) its a symbol of love and is a very sacred thing
2.) you could get AIDS , or another STD which can eventually kill you if you do it with the wrong person and 3.) you could get pregnant a baby is a very special thing its not something to play around with ! please save your self!

okay..there's this guy who likes me and I like him..and he knows that..but see he wont ask me out..and we were supposed to go on a date but he got put on resrtiction..so we didnt get to go..so he said that may-b when he gets off that we could go on one.But i dont know if hes off or not.but i realy wish he would ask me out.All my friends say that me and him are the cutest couple..but were not a couple! and I know he likes me.But what do I do? just sit around and wait for him to make a move? Yes , make the first move hes obviously not goin to and if you dont hurry up he'll be taken. so ask him if hes off of restriction and if hes not ask him when and tell him u still want to go on that date.. then see what happens after that and if he doesnt ask you out and you still like him ask him out to be a "couple" and if you dont like him after that forget him hes not worth wasting you time on there are other guys !!

I've been shamelessly flirting with this guy for a few months now and we seem to be really hitting it off. He tells me all the time that he loves me, and he always seems to mean it. I love him back. Ok so we met in August at my cousins party. I hadnt seen him since then until last friday. We were supposed to hang out one weekend and when he never showed up at my other cousins house (his best friends house) i was devastated. i found out why he wasnt there. his dad has had cancer for 5 years now. 3 days later, his dad lost his 5 year battle with cancer and died. i went to the wake and that was the first time i had seen him since august. so anyway, he dumped his girlfriend last month after they had been dating for like a year. it was because he liked me so much and i thought that was sweet. we werent ready to date yet so we just kinda flirted and all that. recently, his profile has had things in it like ____ gives the best dome, and i love ____. none of the people are me and sometimes the jokes, as he calls them, are too much. i dont no how he feels about me anymore. he still says i love you to me all the time but i still cant be sure. what do u think? first of all tell him how you feel and ask him if he likes you if thats to hard just tell him what ur feeling and maybe he'll tell you how he feels also ! or if you want to get over him date a cute guy with a great personality then you'll eventually like him or ignore youre feelings for "this guy " and have fun youll forget him

Try other things like , birth control ( if you dont know how to get it ask someone you trust ex like your older sister or cousin or someone ) also sperm killer ; or just try any condom ! i hope you can try my advice if so hope it works !

okay sounds like you two need a break !! i mean it sounded like a good realtionship if your fighting tell him you want to take a break see how it goes and then if you miss him go back out wiht him and to keep the relationship not boring go out often and if your saving yourself for marriage just make out and have fun !
