Sex is a big deal because it can change your life. Your entire life for that matter. You have to ask yourself a lot of questions before you go about having sex, am I ready, Do I have protection, do I love this person, what if I get pregnant, what if I get an STD, do I want to, and then the am I really ready question comes up again and again. In other words, these stressing questions are a big deal, making that a piece of evidence that its obviously a big deal. Sex is most likely not a big deal when you are old enough, love somebody, or are married, and have a healthy relationship. Sex is a big deal when you are a teenager. If a married women gets pregnant, shes pregnant, and shes old enough to take care of a baby, but a teenager thats pregnant or has a girlfriend thats pregnant is more complicated because they lose their teenage fun. They lose their childhood. So, I guess sex is only a big deal in some cases.

I know alot of people answered but another one couldn't hurt.. Sex is a big deal because 1.) its a symbol of love and is a very sacred thing
2.) you could get AIDS , or another STD which can eventually kill you if you do it with the wrong person and 3.) you could get pregnant a baby is a very special thing its not something to play around with ! please save your self!

For normal people, sex brings along soul tides. You are constantly thinking of the person no matter how much you could possibly despise it. You become emotionally attached. That's why you make sure it's the person you want because if you are emotionally attached to an ass that's not good.
You probably don't think it's a big deal because you are easy and do not care about your body. Gain some self respect.

sex is a big deal because if you decide to do it and you dont know if you really like a person the person mite use you and youll be emotionally hurt. also cuz if you do it unprotected then you cud get pregnant(well, if your a girl).
