My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

well its difficult being on my feet for 6 1/2 hours at a time while im at work. i have to dress nicely...so i need shoes that look nice as well. what would be the best type of shoes to fit this discription?

well i play on a premier soccer team all year long. this is our 2nd season together and i am known to be the loud, crazy and just always vocal person. lately there have been alot of cliques starting because of all the girls that come from diffrent schools.. any advice on how i can try to make these cliques dissapear? or any activites that would bring the team together as one?

Ask everyone on your team to hang out and to go to the movies or the mall. Then all you guys can hang out more! ♥

What are fun things to do in a hotel with all of your friends? We plan to have a toga party, but I want more ideas. The hotel has an indoor pool too if that helps. I rate 5's if you have a good idea!

My friend had one at a hotel and honestly you dont even have to plan it out. Once you get there you will know what to do! The pool is always so fun! In your room just talk hang out listen to music, have snacks play games! Dress up as hookers and take pictures! l0l!! Soo fun!! ♥

I'm never really sure what to say to the question "I love your shoes! Where did you get them?" or any other clothing item because I really don't want to say anything to incriminate me. The popular kids will laugh if you answer anything like "target", "payless shoe store", or some other department store, and the kids that I'm friends with call me stupid if I tell them that I bought them at Hollister. What is a generic answer that I can say that will satisfy everyone?

Sometimes I would be one of those people who would kind of laugh or think its weird if people shop there. But now I honesltly dont care. I mean I shop at Hollister but I wont laugh or make fun of if someone shops at Target. So when they ask you could eather tell them the truth or just say I dont know. I got this as a gifl! ♥

every one told me that my second period would most likley be late..but it was not..is this normal? and does that mean that most likley all my other periods will be on time to? thanks..i would appreciate any advice.

Thats not true. Your 2nd period DOES NOT have to be late. Every month your period will be regular or irregular so its totally fine. Sometimes you will be on time and sometimes you wont. It doesnt matter. ♥

Well, i'm 13, and i haven't had my period yet. but for a while now, like several months, i always have a whitish discharge in my underwear, and i don't know what it is. it can be kind of sticky, and has an odd smell. i don't have any pain or anything, but i have no clue what it is at all. can anybody relate and tell me what is going on? thanks in advance!!

That whiteish stuff is discharge. Its normal that you didnt get your period yet. Consider your self just lucky!! You will get it soon so dont worry about it. ♥

I used to be the same way. I got over it because once you relize you like him a lot you wont do that. When you talk to him flirt with him. Also let him know that being rude and laughing about it is one of your ways of flirting. ♥

My boyfriend and I gave our virginity to eachother ( im 14 he 16) and the way we slept together was we snuck out of the house. I got caught and now I am grounded until June 18 now we got caught on April 25 and ever since then he was acting really weird like he didnt like me anymore and everything else but before april 25 we did it 4 times before that. and he acted fine but the thing is he didnt even get in trouble for sneaking out and hes acting really really really weird. like I talked to him about how he's changing and he said he doesnt know whats going on. so i asked him if he's still interested and he said "i guess so" then the next day i asked him do you want to be with me and he didnt answer then we almost broke up but we didnt and then i said to him i need you to be more affectionate and he said no. and hes not going to change or even try to.

Hmm.. not to be rude but it just seems like all he wanted was sex from the beggining. Now that you both got caught and hes probablly tired of it. Maybe he wants to move on. I have a weird discharge, it smells a little weird but it smells good to me. In my underwear its stained yellow and its a little crusty whitish. But the significant thing that ive noticed is that on my genitals there is whitish stuff. Like in my inner lips, theres white chunkish stuff, and the closest thing that i can relate it to is cottage cheese. i heard this is an infection, and theres no possible way i can go to a doctor/gyno right now. And sometimes i get this feeling in my vagina thats like a cramp, but INSIDE my vagina like theres a knife stuck in it. It only lasts for about one second but it happens like 3-4 times a day and it stops me in my tracks. 1) Is this really an infection? 2) How do i treat it without going to the doc?

It is defenetly not cottage cheese. And to me it sounds like you have an infection! Go to a drug store and get pills. They have pills for it but ask the person to help you out. ♥

When my girlfriend had a baby she took off a couple weeks after the baby was born. So I've been taking care of her by myself. Well my girlfriend called me and said that she needed money and that she's coming to take Lisa, our baby, and not to fight her on it because she has the right as her mother. I don't know what to do. I still care about her but I think she might be doing drugs again and I don't feel like our baby will be safe with her. I'm afraid that she'll just leave her like she did before except this time I won't be there to take care of her. Does she have the right to take Lisa or can stop her from taking her? If I can stop her how can I do that without causing a lot of stress for the both of us?

She does have a right to take Lisa but you do to. You are her father and just because she is her mom doesnt mean she can keep her more. You need to work out a plan with her and talk to her about raising this baby. Find days where you guys can keep her even tho you both should be together. Good luck with everything! ♥

MY friend is nice, but everyone talks shit about her, it's so aggreivating to listen to people talk about her in study hall. It's awful. I've said stuff to them before, but that jsut makes them talk about her more. I want to tell her, because she has a right to know, and last time I mentioned someone said something she kind of wanted to know what they said. When I did tell her, she started crying and was upset. If I was that girl I would want to know what people were saying about me so I think you should tell her. You are right, she does deserve to know. Next time they talk about her just yell at them and tell them to stop! They are being unreasonable and talking about her for no reason! ♥

I have Eczema but mine isnt bad at all. There is no cure for it really unless you go to your doctor and ask him for a special medicine that it will make it go away. ♥

Ok, when I was 8 both my parents died in a car crash. I've been in and out of foster homes ever since. Most of them were assholes and abusive and then the last family I was with, before this one, just took off in the middle of the night and left me there. I took care of myself for about 3 months before someone found finally found me. when they finally found me I weighed 65lbs. and they said I was lucky to be a live. Now I wish I had just died then. That was when I was 10. I spent 2 years recovering and then I was put in another home. I ran away from there because they were assholes who enjoyed watching people get hurt. I'm now 15 and I'm not sure of anything anymore. I can't get close to people. I'm afraid to keep living. I really just want to give up. I've had thoughts of suicide before but never like this. I feel like there is nothing left. The people I'm with now are just like all the rest and I can't do it anymore. I don't want to keep living like this. I don't want to keep living at all. But I'm scared to go through with it I'm so confused and afraid and screwed up I don't know to do about anything.

My question is does anyone know how I can make things better? I've tried drugs, drinking, cutting, burning anything to take away all the confusion and nothing helps. If anyone has any ideas of how I can make things please let me know I really need help. I don't know what to do anymore. All I can think of is suicide and I know that's wrong but I'm just lost right now. Please if anyone has any ideas of how i can make things better help me.

Please dont even try those things. I know you had to to see if it would of made you feel better but now you know it didnt. I am really sorry about everything that you had to go through. You defenetly do not deserve any of that at all. Im also sorry about your parents. You need to call a help line like that other person gave you. Dont give up!! Hold tight for at least 3 more years and then you will be able to take care of yourself, get a job and things like that. No one wants you to die and God doesnt eather thats why you are still here. You have a reason for living. You will find a nice family one day. Just be patient and wait. It will take time but when you do you will be so happy!! But Im just asking for you to stop thinking about suicide! You dont deserve that. Best of luck! ♥
