Really, it may SOUND cheesy and lame to you.. but sometimes they DO have an okay selection. Hey! I know how you feel. You want to have nice stylish clothes for cheap. Try shopping at Kohls or Nordstrom Rack or Forever 21. That is where I shop, and their clothes are cool but still inexpensive.

What stores do you usually shop at. Walmart is cheap Target. Khols. JCPenny. Hollister,Abercrombie,American Eagle,Aeropostale. <-- Those shirts are only about 15-20! ♥

Nordstrom Rack always has nice brand names for good prices (if you're concerned about the brand). If not places like Mervyn's (which, I believe is only in California), Kohl's, and Old Navy are cheap but carry decent products.

Yes, good will and salvation army and consignment shops. Really, you will be surprized by how many nice things they have. You have to do some digging through some of the junk. But you will find some really nice things, and you'll be soooo pleased by how little they cost. And it can be just YOUR secret. No one else has to know. That is where I buy most of my clothes, and I get sooo many compliments. If they only knew.......

Personally my favorite place to shop is Sears, because their clothes are all in style and affordable. There are a lot of great department stores like Boscov's, Strawbridges, definitely Kohl's, and even Target on occasion that have really nice clothing sections. Hollister can be a little on the pricey side, but if you want clothes that last and always look nice then that is a great place.
