My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

Ok heres the deal..im 14 and in the 9 grade and i feel like i have no friends..i mean yea i talk to people at school but idk like at lunch i sit with these ppl that my "friend" sits w. and i dont even sit by her i sit at the end of the table w. these boys and i dont even tlk to them i just sit there and eat my lunch. Then there comes the weekends and i have nothing to do and i usually stay home w. my mom and dad and i come home every day after school its really is pathetic..any idea to help me?

Talk to those people that you sit with! Be more outgoing. Theres nothing you can loose by doing that. Talk to people in your classes and just get to know them better. They will forsure like you. Just be nice and friendly! ♥

Shaving your legs isnt that big of a deal. How old are you? Just go up to your mom and ask her, mommy can I shave my legs? She would be happy that you asked her. Its no big deal and you should be fine because she is your mom! ♥

Ok i have this friend Jackie, She's really fun and she acts like the best friend ever. but she has this lying thing that she wont stop. she'll lie about anything!! her dad hates me so i cant hang around with her around him and she lies about him too. when i ask if she can do something, she'll lie and say her dad is home just because she wants to go somewhere else. then she'd make stupid things up like i have a crush and she'll say "OMG I SAW *HIM* AND HE SAID HI JACKIE! WHATS UP. IM GOING TO CALL RACHEAL TODAY" and then i didnt believe her, bc i never do cuz shes always lying. so i went and i asked him if he saw her and he's like, no...i didnt. so she lies all the time. AND she'll look for stupid reasons to fight with anyone. I've told her i knew she was lying all the time and i wanted her to stop but then she got mad at me for like 7 months and then im always the one to apoligize even though i didnt do anything. so how can i make her stop lying and not get mad at me for nothing?

She is being a fake friend. I dont think you should even be freinds with her. I mean I know you want to but thats just her. She will never stop lying. My friend is soo rude, she's 15, and i'm 15 too! Well yesterday was her birthday and on Friday she wants to have a birthday celebration by going to the movies, she invited me. My friend Cindy, is kinda always the center of attention. well she don't get that much attention but... Ok! She sometimes asks me to come somewher with her and so i ask my mom and she said yes, so i go with her, she said we were going to her uncle's house who is a famous foot ball player. We were ther right so, an insy bit of her family is there, and some other people were there, so this 1 time music was playing and everyone wanted her to dance, and she all shy and said she din't want to. then all of a sudden she goes up ther and sart doing the chicken head dance.But my piont is, I don't want to go anywhere with her if she just going to end up every body pays attention here. Cindy also acts the same, thinking she the center of attention. But if she tells or writes me a note asking me if i want to go any where else with her,and some of her family, and her family's friends are there then what should I say? Right now I am almost close to not being her friend because I hate the way she act, Cause she also think she pretty and act like she....OOOOOOOOhhhhhh!!!! Ok I'm just saying she's REALLY starting to PISS me off right now.

And why are you being so rude about this. There is nothing wrong when a person likes attention. When she did the chicken dance she was having fun! Not just wanting attention! Maybe you should loosen up a little as well. She might be a little conceded but you dont have to be talking behind her back like that. Go and tell her how you feel and she will change. You are lucky you have a good and outgoing friend like her. She invites you everywhere maybe you should appriciate that a little more. soz if this is a bit long, but really need help. I RATE HIGH!!

im 15 f and yesterday me and my dad went out and after we went to the pub. after about 1 and a half hours at the pub we decided 2 ring my mum to tell her how long we will be. she was fine with that. and then about 15 mins later we decided 2 ring her again and ask her what pizza she would like and if she would order it (we deceided earlier in the day that we wonted pizza 4 tea)n she said she'd already had her tea, so when we got home, she started shouting at my dad and saying things like 'i wish you came home earlier' and things like that. they both started arguing and got me and ma brother upset (hez 11) and now they are not talking, but my worry is that we are going on holiday this sat and i want them to be friends again! SOMEONE PLZE HELP.

Your parents will defenetly work this out like less then 2 days!! Let them know that they are arguing for no reason at all. Your mom got mad for no reason at all. Just let them work this out on their own! Everything will be fine. It takes something really serious for someone not to talk to someone. But they are fine. ♥

I bleached my hair yesterday & it came out horrible! its like all blotchy and stuff..like really blonde in some places & not so blonde in other places. how can i fix this????

Go to a salon and get it fixed amidietly. You can just dye your hair a darker color so it looks a bit more normal. ♥

My dad has a substance abuse problem. But he won't admit it. In fact, he lies about it and says he doesn't do anything! My dad uses chewing tobacco. That's not TOO bad, but he swallows it. And he goes through a can in a day and a half. If you're familiar, chewing tobacco (Copenhagen) is just as expensive as a pack of cigarettes. My family lives on a farm, we have farm animals, and we're not rich. We don't have the extra pocket money to buy things like tobacco. I've tried to get my dad to stop. Not only is it irritating that he lies and says he doesn't use tobacco, he's putting his health in danger. My family wouldn't be able to make it if he were to die – we'd have no source of income. I've tried talking to my dad, I've tried talking to my mom, I've tried throwing the junk away when I find it... I've written letters to my dad etc, etc. Last night, I found a BUNCH of his Copenhagen hidden in his boat. (No, I wasn't looking for it; I was taking care of the rabbits – which sit on the boat) I opened all the cans of tobacco and put duck, fish and rabbit food in the tobacco. This morning, all of the cans had been thrown away. I don't know what else to do! I can't keep searching for tobacco and putting duck food in it! He denies that he uses tobacco and my mom can't do anything about it. He's probably mad at me because I put duck food in his tobacco (I'm the only one who would do something like that) ... what do I do now? It really scares me that he's doing this. I don't want to lose my dad.

Not to sound rude but is your dad stupid? He knows you found the tabacco and how can he deny that he doesnt do it. Your dad doesnt want to stop or change. Its just how he is. Ive tried getting my parents to stop smoking and they cant. You dad will be fine! He wont die anytime soon! You need to go up to your dad and show it to him *the tabacco* and tell him to ATLEAST try. You love him and you dont want to loose him. ♥

A friend of mine has his girlfriend's birthday all planned out. Well, almost. There is one point where he doesn't know what he's going to do. This is what he has so far:

Wake her up a 7:30 in the morning; give her 30 seconds to grab anything she needs then take her out to breakfast. After breakfast he's going to take her back home so she can get cleaned up, take a shower, and all that good stuff. Breakfast will probably take an hour so she should be ready by 11am. Then, he doesn't know where he's going to take her. But, at 5pm or 6pm he's taking her to an early dinner where he's giving her her gift. After dinner, at 7pm he's taking her to his fav. local band's show who she's gotten pretty interested in. After their show, him and his band are going on stage and sing her 2 fav. songs to her; Vindicated by Dashboard and Hanging by a moment by Life house. All of that should be over at about 10 or 10:30pm. When it's over, he'll take her to her house where all her friends are waiting for her. We’re gonna party it up through the rest of the night and may be a lil into the morning ;).

But anyway, he still needs to figure out what he's going to do with her from 11am to 5 pm. That's about 6 hours lol. I want to tell him to take her to an amusement park but I don't know if 6 hours will be enough for that. Any suggestions?

WOW! That is so sweet. She should be so lucky to have her boyfriend do that for her! Its so cute!! Taking her to the amusment park is fine and when they are together 6 hours wont even seem like a long time! He could take her shopping like everyone is saying! They could have a picnic lunch also or something. Aw.. l0l ! Hope you all have fun!! ♥

what are ways that i can pull my girlfriend aside from all our friends and get our first kiss? like what are ideas that i can do? what are things that i can bring up the romantic event once i pull her aside?
Background: she has been getting annoyed with me for absolutly no apparent reason, sometimes just because im around-we go to the same school, and are in the same classes, and hang around the same group of friends. sometimes i get the impression that she gets annoyed whenever i pull her aside for a while just to cuddle with her, or talk by ourselves, its like she thinks i am hogging her from everyone, when really its just some of our friends are so obsessive with her (they are almost all girls, we have like 2 or 3 other guy friends) and they (a few girls) like obessess with her and shit. so how can i pull her aside without her thinking im trying to hog her to myself?? thanks for the help!

Shes being gay! Any girl would kill to have a nice boyfriend like you and I guess she doesnt take advantage of that! Honestly tell! She needs to know that you just dont want to be talking to friends and stuff. If you dont want to tell her then just dont do it for a while. Yes the plastic has to come off. First time it does feel weird. Uhm yes you can take a shower with it on but why would you? And usualy you have to change it every 4 hours. ♥

sorry this wil be long :S
about 11 weeks ago i had sex with my boy friend 2 weeks later i took a test and it said possative a couple of weeks later i went to the clinic and they took a test and it was negative and they said i probably had a early miscarrige because of the mild cramping i had, it didnt kinda add up to me, but i still never felt "normal" like i still felt there was something inside of me and i still have a cramping, then yesterday i went to the doctors and she said because of the test that she dont think i can be pregnant but she not going to take another test and that if i still have the cramping to go back next week which i think i will be doing, but i havent had a period i had light spotting when my period was due and if it was a month later it would of been last week i got my period but nothing, but now the last week i swear i have been getting fatter only like a lil tiny bit no one else would be able to notice, like it feels like im bloated like 24/7 i normally dont get bloated on my period and this seems really weird to me and i knwo it would be like just weird to stil be pregnant but is there a chance i could still be i dont have any money to get a test, but i think the thing is i was so upset when i found out i had a miscarrige that now im just wishing so much that i did have a baby i dunno, do u think im pregnant??
