My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

i am a 12 year old girl with naturally dark brown hair, at the time though i have blonde and orangish highlights. i don't have really pale skin but it's paler than most people's. i have a lot of freckles, and brown eyes. what kind of makeup would look best on me? and what color do you think?
(by the way i share this name with one of my friends so if you saw my other post where it says i have blonde hair.. that's her.)

For the eye shadow browns, golds, and tans defenetlly look hot! Use a mascara and eather dark brown or black eyeliner. I dont think you need foundation or anything tho. ♥

Well asking someone out you really cant be creative. I mean asking him face to face is the best way even tho you might feel shy. Ask him online and just keep giving him hints that you are going to ask him out and flirt a lot. ♥

I have this boyfriend(Kevin) that im madly in love with and hes in love with me. I am 13 and hes 15. We've been going out for 7 months!! Theres a problem though. My neighbor is the one i always hung with and i introduced her to him because he was my boyfriend and they have became close and she always im's him online and calls him on his cell phone. Latly i have been getting scared. Shes been saying maybe she will take him to the prom next year if she has noone to go with and crap though my boyfriend says he wouldnt go with her and i do belive him... and i think shes falling for him. Shes 16 years old too so shes closer to his age. She had alot of crap about him written in her profile saying stuff about there friendship. She doesnt have a boyfriend and im positive shes never had one. I know he wont leave me for her but i am afraid thats shes falling for him. How do i tell? Im scared because i dont want her too and if she does then i dont know if i can handle it. Summer is coming up and i want to look the best i can in my bikini. i want to shave my bikini line but i have never done it before and i heard if you do it wrong you get ingrown hairs. i don't know what those are but they don't sound good. so i want to know if there are any specific instructions for shaving bikini lines....

Shaving it isnt the best idea. You can get bumps but it depends on how sensitive that part of your body is. The best thing to do is wax it. It might hurt but you wont have to worry about that hair. You can buy your own waxing kit. Get it at Sally Beaty Salon if you have that store. ♥

Flirt a lot with him so he knows you are really interested. You need to try not to be so shy. I mean if you are shy to ask him you will be shy if you are his girlfriend. Usually if you do it yourself they wont stay on for the whole night. Bring the nail glue with you tho because they will fall of. You could just go get them done profesionally. It stays on for about 2 weeks. ♥
