"Making out" is a pretty broad term, so that depends on what you mean by it.
For you to be pregnant, sperm would have had to enter your vagina and gone on to fertilise an egg. If making out involved genital contact and him orgasaming, then there's a possibility, but if you were just dry humping through layers of clothing or your genitals didn't come near each other, then there's no chance of you being pregnant.
It is theoretically possible to get pregnant from getting sperm on your fingers and it entering your vagina from your fingers, but this is unlikely. If he came near your vagina, there may be a small risk. However, if you had sex without any other protection other than the withdrawal method (e.g. for any length of time his penis was inside you, but he withdrew before orgasm or didn't orgasm), then you may be pregnant. If he came inside you, it goes without stating that there's a significant risk of pregnancy.
