My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

my bf's bday is 6/7 and i dont know what to get him...we're not exceptionally close but weve been together for 2months. my mom suggested throwing him a party but it wont work out because of a camp im going to the next day. he likes video games and movies and thats the extent of it. thanks!

Get him a nice cologne or a cute shirt. Watches are always good for guys. If there is some video games he doesnt have get him HALO 2! L0L! ♥

ok so im 14/f and a few days ago i went to like this big party for my friends birthday. well she had some bands play because shes really good friends with the band members. one of my friends (lets call him nick) was there and i think he likes me. he always flirts with me and crap. and there was this guy (lets call him rob) there also. he was in one of the bands and i had never met him. well when i got to the party nick came up and hugged me and said "i love you" then rob came up and hugged me and said "i love you" and nick introduced us and stuff. then throught the party rob kept "bumping" into me and stuff and turning around saying "sorry" and stuff. im so confused, was that all a coincidence or do you think rob liked me or do you think he was trying to hook up nick and i(cause thats what i kinda think) what do those signs mean?!?!?! thanks in advance.

i really like this guy, and all my friends say he likes me because he flirts with me. WE wrote notes in class, and we talk on the phone pretty much every night, and we hung out one time alone with each other. Everyone is telling me he likes me because he flirts with me, but i have a hard time belieing that he actually does. If somebody flirts with you does that mean they like you, and does this guy seem like he would like me? Thanks!!

When people flirt it doesnt always mean that there is feelings and that they like you. He might have a little crush on you but you NEVER know unless you talk to him. Since you seem pretty close friends you should ask him about it. He probablly does like you. Keep flirting with him tho. ♥

my best friend in the whole world... i hate his ex! so much, they just broke up, and there is a chance they'll get back together. i really don't want them to. how can i make him realize the way i really feel about her? i've told him that i don't like her, but how can i make him see how much i hate her? im his best friend and i really don't want them to go back out. she broke his heart once, and if it does again im not sure what i will do!

You sound a little jelous even tho he is your best friend. I guess you really dont want him to get hurt and thats good that you are looking out for him. There is really nothing else that you can do. I mean he likes her and thats just it. You cant always watch out for him and you have to let him do whatever he wants. He will make the mistake going back outwith her. Talk to him about her tho and let him know how bad she is and why you dont like her and everything. If he dosnt agree with you then let it go. OK , my birthday is coming up and I really want to get my belly button pierced. Ok so the guy I like, likes me too I guess, but it's complicated. We're gonna go out on a date and "try it out" see how we are together.

Anyway as a joke last night he asked me to tell him something that he could do, that would make me hate him or break up with him. Today he wanted me to write down a long list of those things.. now is he just continuing the joke? Does he wanna know what not to do if we went out, or is he trying to find a way to get me not to like him anymore? I'm a little lost... thanks!

There is about 2 things that that can mean. 1 is tha t he wants the list of all the bad things so he doesnt do it since he doesnt want to mess anything in your relationship. 2 is that he might be not so interested because he wants to do all those bad things or just wants some attention from you. Tell him to stop asking you because it isnt funny and you dont think its a very funny joke. ♥

Hi.. i've been going out with my boyfriend for almost 10 monthes and we really love eachother! Before we started going out, he kind of liked my best friend, but he asked me out instead. Well look at it this way. He "liked" your best friend but he asked you out instead. That means he just liked her a bit and he was into you way more. You need to talk to your boyfriend and just comfort him about this whole situation. 10 months is a really long time so you need to trust him and that there are no feeling between them. Your friend is just really jelous that he likes you way way more and because she couldnt get him. I mean thats defenetlly not your fault. If she liked him before you guys went out she should of said something. Thats her fault. Dont let this bother you so much because I honestly think that your boyfriend wouldnt do that to you. She might flirt with him a lot and if he flirts with her back its probablly not on purpose and he probablly doesnt notice it. Just remember he loves you and not her and make sure you talk to him. ♥

If they are best freinds then he knows. I think that you should still go out with W since you still like him. I mean you will relize if you like A still or not. The more you are with W the more you will relize who you have feelings for more. You just think that A likes you but you arent positive. Find out first. Talk to A and just ask him. If he doesnt then thats fine since you are still with W and you like him. But if you and A end up liking each other again dont break up with W right away because thats just rude. Good luck. ♥

i have this really good friend but lately she has been acting different. she says she cuts but i dont know if she is lying because i do cut or she really does. i asked her what she "cut" with and she said i dont remember and she like never has any marks on her. I was wondering if 13 is too young for someone to usae a tanning bed. i know it is bad for you, but is it to young. i know poepl who are my age and go year roung. i am only going for a month because i have an occatuion i want a tan for, and where i live we dont uch sun. myother question is,can i getskin canser even if i am only going a month..it is kinda late now to ask for me last day will be 2 marrow. but i would ,like to know your oppion.

You are'nt too young but most tanning places you have to be over 13. Its rare that you can get skin cancer. It depends if your skin is really sensitive and make sure you use the lotion before you go in. Mystic tanning is way better tho. Thats just my opinion. But when you go into the tanning bed for the first time stay for about 10 minutes and come back next day. Just dont be in it for too long. ♥

Everytime I shave..down there..I get these little red bumps.What is a quick way to get rid of them? I rate high.

Shave in the direction in which your hair grows you wont get them. Use shaving cream and after you're done use a good lotion. ♥

if i ride my bike for around 10-15 minutes each day.. how much wieght will i lose in a week and will it help me flatten my stomach a bit ?

You have to do it more often. Riding your bike is not enough. You have to exersise more and eat healthy. You should ride your bike for about 30 minutes and always after dinner. I walk every night after dinner during summer and that helps you loose weight. You just have to keep up with it. ♥
